To dava vsem regionum pravo samostatne stanovovat podminky, pozadavky a omezeni pro instalaci mobilnich domu. Na celostatni urovni se upravuji pouze obecne otazky. Nejvyssi soud uvadi, ze z hlediska ziskani urbanisticke licence je povaha mobilnich domu srovnatelna s prefabrikovanymi (modularnimi) domy. Z toho vyplyva, ze pro instalaci mobilniho domu nestaci mit pouze licenci na konkretn i druh cinnosti (v nasem pripade \u2013 kemp), ale je nutne take ziskat urbanisticke povoleni (licencia urban\u00edstica) k vyuziti pozemku.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">V kazdem pripade \u2013 at uz je mobilni dum instalovan na uzemi existujiciho kempu nebo na vlastnim pozemku \u2013 je nutne dodrzet podminky tykajici se plochy minimalne nezbytne pro bydleni a bezpecnost. Dale musi byt dodrzeny minimalni vzdalenosti od verejnych komunikaci nebo jinych budov a musi existovat primy pristup k vodovodni a elektricke siti.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nedodrzeni vyse uvedenych pravidel muze vest k administrativnim sankcim a pokutam, a to az po zruseni povoleni k instalaci mobilniho domu. V jednotlivych pripadech mohou mistni urady, pokud bude uznano, ze dum predstavuje nebezpeci pro osoby, vydat prikaz k vystehovani obyvatel a k jeho odstraneni.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Majitele mobilnich domu jsou povinni uzavrit pojisteni odpovednosti za skodu, aby pokryli ujmu zpusobenou tretim osobam nebo zivotnimu prostredi. Zbyvajicich 30% plochy musi byt vyhrazeno pro zelene plochy k odpocinku klientu mobilnich domu. Pobyt v techto domech je docasny, s maximalni delkou 11 mesicu, protoze jejich vyuziti je vyhradne dovolenkove\/turisticke.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Castilla y Leon:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">instalace mobilnich domu v kempech je regulovana dekretem 9\/2017 ze dne 15. cervna, ktery obsahuje pravidla pro ubytovaci zarizeni kategorie kempu.
