Nejni\u017e\u0161\u00ed pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 ceny (pod 3000 eur\/m2) jsou pozorov\u00e1ny ve \u010dtvrt\u00edch Usera, Puente de Vallecas a Villaverde.<\/p>\n<p>V Barcelon\u011b jsou nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 ceny (od 5000 eur\/m2) zaznamen\u00e1ny ve \u010dtvrti Sarri\u00e0-Sarri\u00e0-Sant Gervasi a nejni\u017e\u0161\u00ed (pod 3000 eur\/m2) \u2013 ve \u010dtvrt\u00edch Nou Barris, Horta-Guinard\u00f3, Sant Andreu, Sarri\u00e0-Sarri\u00e0-Sant Gervasi a Sants-Montjuic. V tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b ceny ve \u010dtvrt\u00edch vykazuj\u00ed meziro\u010dn\u00ed r\u016fst od 6,2% do 12,6% ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s 5,3\u20139,4% v p\u0159edchoz\u00edm \u010dtvrtlet\u00ed. O v\u00edce ne\u017e 8% vzrostly ceny bydlen\u00ed za rok ve \u010dtvrt\u00edch Nou Barris, Horta-Guinard\u00f3, Sant Andreu, Sarri\u00e0-Sarri\u00e0-Sant Gervasi a Sants-Montjuic.<\/p>\n<p>V cenov\u00e9m rozp\u011bt\u00ed podobn\u00e9m Valencii se pohybuj\u00ed trhy s nemovitostmi v Seville a M\u00e1laze. Nejlevn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed varianty bydlen\u00ed jsou soust\u0159ed\u011bny v Zamore (1171 eur\/m2), Ciudad Real (1220 eur\/m2) a Lugu (1232 eur\/m2).<\/p>\n<p>Mezi \u0161pan\u011blsk\u00fdmi provinciemi zauj\u00edm\u00e1 po Madridu (19,6%, 3799 eur\/m2) druh\u00e9 m\u00edsto v r\u016fstu cen <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/cs\/sale\/alicante\">Alicante<\/a>, kde bydlen\u00ed zdra\u017eilo za rok o 17% na 1823 eur\/m2. Ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s historick\u00fdmi maximy z let 2007\u20132008 jsou ve Valencii ceny ji\u017e o 9,2% vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed a v Alicante o 0,9% vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed.
