V tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b za p\u0159\u00edtomnosti not\u00e1\u0159e je zb\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00edch 90 % uhrazeno prod\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edmu bankovn\u00edm \u0161ekem, kter\u00fd je vystaven v bance bezprost\u0159edn\u011b p\u0159ed transakc\u00ed nebo den p\u0159edem. Zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed \u0161eku trv\u00e1 15\u201330 minut. \u010c\u00e1st m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt prod\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edmu vyplacena v hotovosti. Po podpisu kupn\u00ed smlouvy u not\u00e1\u0159e se kupuj\u00edc\u00ed st\u00e1v\u00e1 vlastn\u00edkem nemovitosti a obdr\u017e\u00ed kl\u00ed\u010de od domu. Pokud je koup\u011b realizov\u00e1na hypot\u00e9kou, pak v not\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9 kancel\u00e1\u0159i z\u00e1rove\u0148 s podpisem kupn\u00ed smlouvy s prod\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edm podepisujete s bankou i z\u00e1stavn\u00ed smlouvu, kter\u00e1 prod\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edmu vyplat\u00ed \u010d\u00e1stku rovnaj\u00edc\u00ed se v\u00fd\u0161i hypot\u00e9ky.<\/li>\n<li> <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/ru\/service\/registration-of-utilities-to-the-new-property-owner\">P\u0159eregistrace smluv na vodu a elekt\u0159inu na va\u0161e jm\u00e9no<\/a> . Pokud odejdete po podeps\u00e1n\u00ed \u201eescritura\u201c, pak v\u0161echny tyto formality vy\u0159\u00edd\u00edme sami bez va\u0161\u00ed \u00fa\u010dasti. Na vy\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed v\u0161ech formalit p\u0159i druh\u00e9 n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bv\u011b je vhodn\u00e9 m\u00edt alespo\u0148 t\u0159i pracovn\u00ed dny.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p> B\u011bhem cel\u00e9ho procesu n\u00e1kupu nemovitosti ve \u0160pan\u011blsku s v\u00e1mi spolupracujeme a poskytujeme pot\u0159ebnou asistenci.
