Tzn., \u017ee pokud nejste rezidentem \u0160pan\u011blska, je velmi d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9, abyste nebyli da\u0148ov\u00fdm rezidentem, kupuj\u00edc\u00ed v\u00e1m v souladu s platnou legislativou sraz\u00ed 3 % (nedoplat\u00ed), ale do 30 dn\u016f je kupuj\u00edc\u00ed povinen tato 3 % odv\u00e9st finan\u010dn\u00edmu \u00fa\u0159adu. \u0160pan\u011blsk\u00e9 pr\u00e1vo stanov\u00ed, \u017ee nerezident zem\u011b m\u016f\u017ee opustit jej\u00ed hranice, ani\u017e by zaplatil po\u017eadovanou da\u0148, a proto jsou tato 3 % poskytnuta.
