Pro z\u00edsk\u00e1n\u00ed \u0161pan\u011blsk\u00e9ho pobytu budete muset prok\u00e1zat svou finan\u010dn\u00ed solventnost, stabiln\u00ed p\u0159\u00edjem a zdroj tohoto p\u0159\u00edjmu.<\/li>\n<li> Pokud \u0161pan\u011blsk\u00e9 \u00fa\u0159ady p\u0159ijmou kladn\u00e9 rozhodnut\u00ed, dostanete povolen\u00ed k pobytu bez pr\u00e1va pracovat (co\u017e je logick\u00e9, proto\u017ee p\u0159i p\u0159edkl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed dokument\u016f budete muset v\u0161\u00ed silou prok\u00e1zat, \u017ee m\u00e1te vysok\u00fd stabiln\u00ed p\u0159\u00edjem, kter\u00fd v\u00e1m umo\u017en\u00ed pracovat na d\u00e1lku nebo nepracovat v\u016fbec).<\/li>\n<li> P\u0159i n\u00e1kupu drah\u00e9 nemovitosti (v cen\u011b od 500 000 \u20ac a v\u00fd\u0161e) se situace v\u00fdrazn\u011b zjednodu\u0161\u00ed: z\u00edsk\u00e1te pr\u00e1vo po\u017e\u00e1dat o Zlat\u00e9 v\u00edzum, o kter\u00e9m jsme psali v <a href=\"about\/news\/zolotaja-viza-v-ispaniju.html\">na\u0161em \u010dl\u00e1nku<\/a> .<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p> Dnes se tedy pod\u00edv\u00e1me na situaci, kdy jste zakoupili nemovitost ve \u0160pan\u011blsku za m\u00e9n\u011b ne\u017e 500 000 EUR a hodl\u00e1te po\u017e\u00e1dat o povolen\u00ed k pobytu ve \u0160pan\u011blsku. \u017d\u00e1dost a v\u0161echny pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 dokumenty se p\u0159edkl\u00e1daj\u00ed na \u0161pan\u011blsk\u00fd konzul\u00e1t v zemi va\u0161eho trval\u00e9ho pobytu. V\u0161echny dokumenty vyhotoven\u00e9 v ciz\u00edm jazyce (ru\u0161tina, ukrajin\u0161tina, kaza\u0161tina atd.) mus\u00ed b\u00fdt p\u0159elo\u017eeny do \u0161pan\u011bl\u0161tiny a legalizov\u00e1ny (je povolena jak konzul\u00e1rn\u00ed legalizace, tak p\u0159eklad ov\u011b\u0159en\u00fd soudn\u00edm p\u0159ekladatelem ve \u0160pan\u011blsku). Prvn\u00ed povolen\u00ed k pobytu se vyd\u00e1v\u00e1 na dobu 1 roku. Pot\u00e9 se p\u0159i spln\u011bn\u00ed ur\u010dit\u00fdch po\u017eadavk\u016f a podm\u00ednek prodlu\u017euje na 2 roky, pot\u00e9 na dal\u0161\u00ed 2 a pot\u00e9 se stanete \u0161\u0165astn\u00fdm majitelem <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/ru\/articles\/kak-uehat-v-ispaniju-na-pmzh\">povolen\u00ed k trval\u00e9mu pobytu<\/a> , kter\u00e9 vy\u017eaduje pouze obnoven\u00ed plastov\u00e9 karty rezidenta ka\u017ed\u00fdch 5 let na policejn\u00ed stanici. [toto m\u00edsto] Je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 m\u00edt na pam\u011bti, \u017ee \u0161pan\u011blsk\u00e1 rezidence ukl\u00e1d\u00e1 sv\u00e9mu majiteli ur\u010dit\u00e9 povinnosti (nap\u0159\u00edklad b\u00fdt ve \u0160pan\u011blsku alespo\u0148 183 dn\u00ed v roce).<\/p>\n<h4> Povinn\u00e9 po\u017eadavky na \u017eadatele o z\u00edsk\u00e1n\u00ed povolen\u00ed k pobytu ve \u0160pan\u011blsku p\u0159i n\u00e1kupu nemovitosti:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li> Neb\u00fdt ob\u010danem \u010dlensk\u00e9ho st\u00e1tu EU, \u0160v\u00fdcarska nebo zem\u011b v Evropsk\u00e9m hospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9m prostoru a neb\u00fdt bl\u00edzk\u00fdm p\u0159\u00edbuzn\u00fdm ob\u010dan\u016f t\u011bchto zem\u00ed.<\/li>\n<li> Neb\u00fdt neleg\u00e1ln\u011b p\u0159\u00edtomen ve \u0160pan\u011blsku.<\/li>\n<li> Ve \u0160pan\u011blsku nebo v zemi va\u0161eho trval\u00e9ho pobytu nem\u00e1te \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd z\u00e1znam v trestn\u00edm rejst\u0159\u00edku za trestn\u00e9 \u010diny stanoven\u00e9 \u0161pan\u011blsk\u00fdmi z\u00e1kony.<\/li>\n<li> Nem\u00e1 z\u00e1kaz vstupu na \u0161pan\u011blsk\u00e9 \u00fazem\u00ed, stejn\u011b jako na \u00fazem\u00ed zem\u00ed, se kter\u00fdmi \u0160pan\u011blsko podepsalo p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00e9 dohody.<\/li>\n<li> M\u00edt dostate\u010dn\u00fd p\u0159\u00edjem k \u017eivotu ve \u0160pan\u011blsku a pokryt\u00ed v\u0161ech mo\u017en\u00fdch v\u00fddaj\u016f a v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b pot\u0159eby se vr\u00e1tit do sv\u00e9 domovsk\u00e9 zem\u011b. Formul\u00e1\u0159 \u017e\u00e1dosti je ke sta\u017een\u00ed <a href=\"http:\/\/www.exteriores.gob.es\/Consulados\/MOSCU\/es\/ServiciosConsulares\/Documents\/Visados\/SolicitudVisadoNacionalOCT11.pdf\"><strong>zde.<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n<li> Formul\u00e1\u0159 \u017e\u00e1dosti<a href=\"http:\/\/www.exteriores.gob.es\/Consulados\/HOUSTON\/es\/ServiciosConsulares\/Documents\/EX01.pdf\"><strong>EX-01<\/strong><\/a> o povolen\u00ed k pobytu ve dvou vyhotoven\u00edch, \u0159\u00e1dn\u011b vypln\u011bn\u00fd a podepsan\u00fd \u017eadatelem nebo jeho ofici\u00e1ln\u00edm z\u00e1stupcem (je-li \u017eadatel nezletil\u00fd).<\/li>\n<li> Potvrzen\u00ed o platb\u011b:\n<ul>\n<li> poplatky za \u017e\u00e1dost o v\u00edzum;<\/li>\n<li> Poplatky za \u017e\u00e1dost o povolen\u00ed k pobytu ( <a href=\"https:\/\/sede.administracionespublicas.gob.es\/pagina\/index\/directorio\/tasa052\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\">formul\u00e1\u0159 790-052<\/a> ).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li> Barevn\u00e1 fotografie na b\u00edl\u00e9m pozad\u00ed (velikost pasu).<\/li>\n<li> Platn\u00fd cestovn\u00ed pas (datum vypr\u0161en\u00ed platnosti nesm\u00ed b\u00fdt d\u0159\u00edve ne\u017e jeden rok).<\/li>\n<li> Pro dosp\u011bl\u00e9ho \u017eadatele \u2013 potvrzen\u00ed o bez\u00fahonnosti vydan\u00e9 ofici\u00e1ln\u00edmi org\u00e1ny jeho zem\u011b nebo zem\u011b, ve kter\u00e9 \u017eadatel posledn\u00edch p\u011bt let \u017eil.<\/li>\n<li> Doklady potvrzuj\u00edc\u00ed dostupnost dostate\u010dn\u00fdch finan\u010dn\u00edch prost\u0159edk\u016f po celou dobu pobytu ve \u0160pan\u011blsku (pro \u017eadatele a jeho rodinn\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00edky). Jako takov\u00fd dokument je uzn\u00e1v\u00e1n v\u00fdpis z \u00fa\u010dtu otev\u0159en\u00e9ho v jak\u00e9koli \u0161pan\u011blsk\u00e9 bance. \u017dadatel a ka\u017ed\u00fd \u010dlen jeho rodiny mus\u00ed m\u00edt minim\u00e1ln\u011b 200 \u20ac na den pobytu, tzn. V dob\u011b pod\u00e1n\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dosti mus\u00ed b\u00fdt ve \u0161pan\u011blsk\u00e9 bance ulo\u017eeno alespo\u0148 70 000 EUR za ka\u017ed\u00e9ho \u010dlena rodiny.<\/li>\n<li> Dokumenty potvrzuj\u00edc\u00ed stabiln\u00ed p\u0159\u00edjem. Pokud po stanoven\u00e9 lh\u016ft\u011b neobdr\u017e\u00edte \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 ozn\u00e1men\u00ed, m\u00e1 se za to, \u017ee va\u0161e \u017e\u00e1dost o povolen\u00ed k pobytu byla zam\u00edtnuta.<\/li>\n<li> Je-li rozhodnut\u00ed kladn\u00e9, je \u017eadatel povinen se do jednoho m\u011bs\u00edce ode dne obdr\u017een\u00ed ozn\u00e1men\u00ed osobn\u011b dostavit na konzul\u00e1t a z\u00edskat v\u00edzum typu D.
