V tomto \u010dl\u00e1nku odpov\u00edme na tyto a dal\u0161\u00ed \u010dasto kladen\u00e9 ot\u00e1zky na toto t\u00e9ma a vyvr\u00e1t\u00edme n\u011bkter\u00e9 z nejpopul\u00e1rn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch m\u00fdt\u016f.<\/p>\n<h2> Druh\u00e9 ob\u010danstv\u00ed a dvoj\u00ed ob\u010danstv\u00ed ve \u0160pan\u011blsku: jak\u00fd je rozd\u00edl?<\/h2>\n<p> Za\u010dn\u011bme rozli\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00edm dvou pojm\u016f: druh\u00e9 ob\u010danstv\u00ed a dvoj\u00ed ob\u010danstv\u00ed. Podle mezin\u00e1rodn\u00edho pr\u00e1va pojem \u201edvoj\u00ed ob\u010danstv\u00ed\u201c znamen\u00e1, \u017ee jednotlivec m\u00e1 sou\u010dasn\u011b ob\u010danstv\u00ed dvou (nebo v\u00edce) st\u00e1t\u016f, kter\u00e9 naopak maj\u00ed odpov\u00eddaj\u00edc\u00ed bilater\u00e1ln\u00ed dohody. Ka\u017ed\u00fd st\u00e1t p\u0159itom tento \u0159\u00e1d v\u011bc\u00ed uzn\u00e1v\u00e1 a nevy\u017eaduje z\u0159eknut\u00ed se prvn\u00edho ob\u010danstv\u00ed. Nap\u0159\u00edklad v Rusku je ot\u00e1zka dvoj\u00edho ob\u010danstv\u00ed pln\u011b a zcela legalizov\u00e1na pouze s Turkmenist\u00e1nem a T\u00e1d\u017eikist\u00e1nem. Dvoj\u00ed ob\u010danstv\u00ed ve \u0160pan\u011blsku plat\u00ed pro ob\u010dany zem\u00ed Latinsk\u00e9 Ameriky (krom\u011b Guyany, Haiti, Jamajky a Trinidadu a Tobaga), Andorry, Filip\u00edn, Rovn\u00edkov\u00e9 Guineje a Portugalska. Mezi Ruskem a \u0160pan\u011blskem neexistuje dvoustrann\u00e1 dohoda o dvoj\u00edm ob\u010danstv\u00ed. P\u0159i obdr\u017een\u00ed \u0161pan\u011blsk\u00e9ho ob\u010danstv\u00ed jsou lid\u00e9 z Ruska povinni podepsat z\u00e1vazek, \u017ee se vzdaj\u00ed sv\u00e9ho prvn\u00edho ob\u010danstv\u00ed \u2013 rusk\u00e9ho. Z\u0159eknut\u00ed se ob\u010danstv\u00ed Rusk\u00e9 federace lze prov\u00e9st obecn\u00fdm nebo zjednodu\u0161en\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> Obecn\u00fd postup se vztahuje na osoby s bydli\u0161t\u011bm v Rusku a zahrnuje postup prov\u00e1d\u011bn\u00fd prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm ministerstva vnitra.<\/li>\n<li> Pro osoby s bydli\u0161t\u011bm mimo Rusko je poskytov\u00e1n zjednodu\u0161en\u00fd postup, kter\u00fd se prov\u00e1d\u00ed za \u00fa\u010dasti rusk\u00fdch konzul\u00e1rn\u00edch \u00fa\u0159ad\u016f nebo diplomatick\u00fdch mis\u00ed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2> Ob\u010danstv\u00ed Ruska<\/h2>\n<p> Nutno podotknout, \u017ee podobn\u00fd syst\u00e9m funguje i v Rusku: podle z\u00e1kona je p\u0159i \u017e\u00e1dosti o rusk\u00e9 ob\u010danstv\u00ed nutn\u00e9 vzd\u00e1t se v\u0161ech p\u0159edchoz\u00edch ob\u010danstv\u00ed. Ale a\u017e po obdr\u017een\u00ed rusk\u00e9ho ob\u010danstv\u00ed! Ji\u017e sou\u010dasn\u00ed ob\u010dan\u00e9 Rusk\u00e9 federace, kte\u0159\u00ed maj\u00ed<a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/ru\/articles\/residence-permit-in-spain-when-buying-property\">povolen\u00ed k trval\u00e9mu pobytu v jin\u00e9 zemi<\/a> nebo kte\u0159\u00ed z\u00edskali ob\u010danstv\u00ed jin\u00e9 zem\u011b, nejsou zbaveni rusk\u00e9ho ob\u010danstv\u00ed. Jedin\u00e9, co jsou povinni u\u010dinit, je ozn\u00e1mit tuto skute\u010dnost Feder\u00e1ln\u00ed migra\u010dn\u00ed slu\u017eb\u011b (ide\u00e1ln\u011b do 60 dn\u016f od obdr\u017een\u00ed). Jinak m\u016f\u017ee vzniknout administrativn\u00ed a v n\u011bkter\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech i trestn\u00ed odpov\u011bdnost.
