Pro\u010d? Jednodu\u0161e proto, \u017ee jsou unaven\u00ed v\u011b\u0159it slib\u016fm a sna\u017e\u00ed se zachr\u00e1nit to m\u00e1lo, co maj\u00ed. T\u00fdk\u00e1 se to sp\u00ed\u0161e t\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti populace, kter\u00e1 m\u00e1 skromn\u00e9 \u00faspory, ale tato metoda je z\u00e1sadn\u011b chybn\u00e1. Pen\u00edze, i mal\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stky, mus\u00ed fungovat, a to nen\u00ed jen postul\u00e1t, ale v\u00fdzva k akci. Ka\u017ed\u00fd rok, kdy va\u0161e pen\u00edze le\u017e\u00ed mrtv\u00e9 v trezoru nebo sk\u0159\u00edni, ztr\u00e1cej\u00ed svou kupn\u00ed s\u00edlu, proto\u017ee inflace nikdy nesp\u00ed a je to inflace, kter\u00e1 si ka\u017ed\u00fd rok ukousne v\u00e1\u0161 hotovostn\u00ed kapit\u00e1l. To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee kdy\u017e m\u00e1te po ruce \u0159ekn\u011bme 100 000 jednotek pen\u011bz, ka\u017ed\u00fd rok ztrat\u00edte 1,5 a\u017e 9 procent \u010d\u00e1stky jen kv\u016fli inflaci. Za p\u00e1r let tak m\u016f\u017eete p\u0159ij\u00edt o v\u00fdznamnou \u010d\u00e1st \u00faspor. Podle mnoha odborn\u00edk\u016f m\u00e1 v\u0161ak smysl ponechat si ur\u010ditou \u010d\u00e1stku v natur\u00e1li\u00edch pro p\u0159\u00edpad glob\u00e1ln\u00edho ekonomick\u00e9ho kataklyzmatu. Kolik? Zde nepanuje shoda, ale podle r\u016fzn\u00fdch odhad\u016f by tato \u010d\u00e1stka nem\u011bla p\u0159es\u00e1hnout 5-10 % va\u0161eho kapit\u00e1lu. V posledn\u00ed dob\u011b se misky vah st\u00e1le v\u00edce p\u0159ikl\u00e1n\u011bj\u00ed ke st\u00e1tn\u00edm, proto\u017ee jsou a priori spolehliv\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. Jak bezpe\u010dn\u00e9 jsou tam va\u0161e \u00faspory? Zde je v\u0161e jednoduch\u00e9: mus\u00edte se pod\u00edvat do z\u00e1kona o poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed vklad\u016f, kde budou uvedeny konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed \u00fadaje a podm\u00ednky. Pro Rusko je to 1,4 milionu rubl\u016f (p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 20 tis\u00edc eur), pro Ukrajinu &#8211; 200 tis\u00edc h\u0159iven (p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 7,5 tis\u00edce eur) a pro Kazachst\u00e1n &#8211; 15 milion\u016f tenge (p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 40 tis\u00edc eur). To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee pokud dojde k pojistn\u00e9 ud\u00e1losti, a to krachu banky, bude v\u00e1m kompenzov\u00e1n vklad ve v\u00fd\u0161i nep\u0159esahuj\u00edc\u00ed v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stky. P\u0159edstavme si, \u017ee va\u0161e \u00faspory jsou asi 40 tis\u00edc eur, co byste m\u011bli v tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b d\u011blat? Nejlep\u0161\u00ed variantou by bylo rozd\u011blit tyto \u010d\u00e1stky do v\u00edce vklad\u016f ve v\u00edce bank\u00e1ch a v\u0161echny va\u0161e \u00faspory tak budou relativn\u011b v bezpe\u010d\u00ed. Pro\u010d v relativn\u00edm vyj\u00e1d\u0159en\u00ed? Ano, proto\u017ee pokud dojde v tuzemsk\u00e9 ekonomice k rozs\u00e1hl\u00e9 krizi, nen\u00ed zaru\u010deno, \u017ee od poji\u0161\u0165ovny dostanete n\u00e1hradu. Rozpo\u010det prost\u011b nemus\u00ed m\u00edt dostatek pen\u011bz na obsluhu v\u0161ech st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edch vklad\u016f obyvatelstva. Ale nemluvme o smutn\u00fdch v\u011bcech. Vklady jsme tedy rozd\u011blili mezi r\u016fzn\u00e9 banky, ale jak\u00fd je v\u00fdsledek? D\u00edky tomu m\u00e1me z t\u011bchto vklad\u016f minim\u00e1ln\u00ed \u00farok. &quot;Pro\u010d minim\u00e1ln\u00ed?&quot; &#8211; pt\u00e1\u0161 se. Za prv\u00e9, zde m\u016f\u017eeme odhadnout skute\u010dnou v\u00fdnosnost vklad\u016f v n\u00e1rodn\u00ed m\u011bn\u011b. Je to jednoduch\u00e9, od \u00farok\u016f z vkladu je t\u0159eba ode\u010d\u00edst m\u00edru inflace a uvid\u00edte skute\u010dn\u00fd v\u00fdnos z investovan\u00e9 jednotky m\u011bny. V Rusku tak skute\u010dn\u00fd v\u00fdnos v\u011bt\u0161iny vklad\u016f nebude vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e 4 %. Zva\u017eovali jsme vklady v n\u00e1rodn\u00edch m\u011bn\u00e1ch a n\u00e1rodn\u00ed m\u011bny zem\u00ed b\u00fdval\u00e9ho SSSR jsou bohu\u017eel velmi n\u00e1chyln\u00e9 k riziku devalvace. Devalvace je ofici\u00e1ln\u00ed pokles sm\u011bnn\u00e9ho kurzu n\u00e1rodn\u00ed m\u011bny ve vztahu k ciz\u00edm m\u011bn\u00e1m. To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee jednoho kr\u00e1sn\u00e9ho dne, jak se ji\u017e nejednou stalo, m\u016f\u017ee rubl, h\u0159ivna nebo tenge prudce ztratit hodnotu v\u016f\u010di euru nebo dolaru. Stejn\u011b jako to bylo s rublem v roce 2014: na za\u010d\u00e1tku roku byl pom\u011br rublu k dolaru 33 ku 1 a do konce tohoto roku se pom\u011br zm\u011bnil na 52 ku 1, co\u017e nen\u00ed v\u00edce a m\u00e9n\u011b ne\u017e 57 %! Net\u0159eba dod\u00e1vat, \u017ee tato zm\u011bna sm\u011bnn\u00e9ho kurzu \u201ese\u017erala\u201c v\u0161echny nahromad\u011bn\u00e9 \u00faroky z vklad\u016f. Stalo se to nejednou a ur\u010dit\u011b se to bude opakovat, jen ot\u00e1zka je \u2013 kdy? [toto m\u00edsto] Co d\u011blat v tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b? Odpov\u011b\u010f je z\u0159ejm\u00e1: mus\u00edte pou\u017e\u00edvat vklady v ciz\u00ed m\u011bn\u011b v bank\u00e1ch. Ale jak je to ziskov\u00e9? V ostatn\u00edch p\u0159\u00edpadech bude \u010d\u00e1stka va\u0161eho vkladu ztr\u00e1cet hodnotu ka\u017ed\u00fd rok o cca 0,9 %. \u0158ekn\u011bme, \u017ee souhlas\u00edme s t\u00edm, \u017ee zaplat\u00edme bance ur\u010ditou \u010d\u00e1stku za bezpe\u010dnost na\u0161eho kapit\u00e1lu, ale je zde v\u0161e jasn\u00e9? Bohu\u017eel ne: kdy\u017e se pod\u00edv\u00e1me do z\u00e1kona o poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed vklad\u016f, uvid\u00edme tam jednu velmi zaj\u00edmavou nuanci. Faktem je, \u017ee v\u0161echny platby za pojistn\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edpady, za vklady v ciz\u00ed m\u011bn\u011b, jsou prov\u00e1d\u011bny v n\u00e1rodn\u00ed m\u011bn\u011b, p\u0159epo\u010dten\u00e9 k datu vzniku pojistn\u00e9ho p\u0159\u00edpadu. Co\u017e znamen\u00e1 asi toto: \u0159ekn\u011bme, \u017ee jsme ulo\u017eili 20 000 eur v rusk\u00e9 bance a ta nesplnila sv\u00e9 z\u00e1vazky, a proto mus\u00ed finan\u010dn\u00ed prost\u0159edky vr\u00e1tit Agentura pro poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed vklad\u016f. P\u0159edstavme si, \u017ee v dob\u011b ulo\u017een\u00ed z\u00e1lohy st\u00e1lo jedno euro 68 rubl\u016f a jeho aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed cena je ji\u017e 80 rubl\u016f za euro. Co se stane s va\u0161\u00edm vkladem? Je to tak, u\u017e nedostanete zp\u011bt 20 tis\u00edc eur, ale jen 17 500 pr\u00e1v\u011b proto, \u017ee kv\u016fli zm\u011bn\u011b kurzu kryje pojistn\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1stka jen \u010d\u00e1st va\u0161eho vkladu. Jak se p\u0159ed t\u00edm m\u016f\u017eete chr\u00e1nit? M\u016f\u017eete samoz\u0159ejm\u011b zadat \u010d\u00e1stku, kter\u00e1 je mnohem ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e pojistn\u00e9 kryt\u00ed, ale m\u016f\u017eete zn\u00e1t procento znehodnocen\u00ed? Odpov\u011b\u010f zn\u00ed ne! M\u016f\u017ee to b\u00fdt cokoliv, jak jsme ji\u017e vid\u011bli na p\u0159\u00edkladu z roku 2014. Ano, \u010d\u00e1stky pojistn\u00e9ho kryt\u00ed se m\u011bn\u00ed, ale nen\u00ed to v\u0161el\u00e9k. P\u0159ijdete do banky a zam\u011bstnanec banky v\u00e1m nab\u00eddne \u201ehazard\u201c vlo\u017een\u00edm pen\u011bz do jednoho z t\u011bchto produkt\u016f za atraktivn\u00ed \u00farokovou sazbu. Nav\u00edc jsou zpravidla uv\u00e1d\u011bn\u00e9 \u00farokov\u00e9 sazby mnohem vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e jak\u00e9koli klasick\u00e9 vklady, ale \u010f\u00e1bel se skr\u00fdv\u00e1 v detailech. Sta\u010d\u00ed si pe\u010dliv\u011b prostudovat smlouvu nebo obchodn\u00ed podm\u00ednky a pochop\u00edte, \u017ee se jedn\u00e1 o hru rulety. \u00darokov\u00e9 sazby nejsou garantov\u00e1ny, ale slou\u017e\u00ed pouze jako vod\u00edtko nebo jsou zalo\u017eeny na minul\u00e9 v\u00fdkonnosti a v\u00fdstupn\u00ed postupy pro takov\u00e9 smlouvy vedou ke spr\u00e1vnosti v\u00fdb\u011bru. Ale nejd\u0159\u00edv. Takov\u00e9 finan\u010dn\u00ed produkty maj\u00ed obvykle pevnou splatnost, co to znamen\u00e1? Doba ur\u010dit\u00e1 je stav, p\u0159i kter\u00e9m nelze smlouvu ukon\u010dit bez ztr\u00e1ty na stran\u011b spot\u0159ebitele. V praxi to znamen\u00e1, \u017ee pokud uzav\u0159ete tento typ smlouvy na dobu 5 let, nebudete moci z\u00edskat sv\u00e9 pen\u00edze zp\u011bt, ani\u017e byste p\u0159i\u0161li o v\u00fdznamnou \u010d\u00e1stku sv\u00e9ho vkladu. Ano, ano z p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvku! To je loupe\u017e, \u0159\u00edk\u00e1te, a budete m\u00edt naprostou pravdu. Ani si nedok\u00e1\u017eete p\u0159edstavit, kolik lid\u00ed tomuto triku propadlo jednodu\u0161e t\u00edm, \u017ee d\u016fv\u011b\u0159ovali zn\u00e1m\u00e9mu poji\u0161\u0165ovac\u00edmu agentovi, bankovn\u00edmu pokladn\u00edkovi nebo investi\u010dn\u00edmu makl\u00e9\u0159i. V \u017eivot\u011b se m\u016f\u017ee st\u00e1t cokoli, a pokud si v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b bankovn\u00edho vkladu m\u016f\u017eete vybrat sv\u00e9 osobn\u00ed \u00faspory ka\u017ed\u00fd den a ztratit procento r\u016fstu, pak v tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b vyberete jen \u010d\u00e1st sv\u00fdch pen\u011bz. P\u0159i zva\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed tohoto typu spo\u0159en\u00ed v\u011bnujte zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00ed pozornost \u010d\u00e1sti odkupn\u00ed ceny, kter\u00e1 stanov\u00ed podm\u00ednky p\u0159ed\u010dasn\u00e9ho ukon\u010den\u00ed takov\u00fdch smluv. Nyn\u00ed se pod\u00edvejme na 3 hlavn\u00ed faktory, kter\u00e9 motivuj\u00ed lidi k podpisu takov\u00fdch smluv.
