Poradensk\u00e1 spole\u010dnost Worx provedla pr\u016fzkum u 37 realitn\u00edch investor\u016f a 89 % uvedlo, \u017ee pl\u00e1nuj\u00ed uzav\u0159\u00edt alespo\u0148 jednu transakci do konce roku 2020. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 11 % z nich v\u011b\u0159\u00ed, \u017ee kv\u016fli <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/ru\/articles\/tabarca-and-graciosa-coronavirus\">pandemii koronaviru<\/a> nezru\u0161\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 obchody. Tak\u00e9 podle pr\u016fzkumu existuj\u00ed realitn\u00ed sektory, kter\u00e9 nejen\u017ee neztrat\u00ed, ale ze sou\u010dasn\u00e9 situace budou dokonce t\u011b\u017eit. T\u00fdk\u00e1 se to p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm maloobchodn\u00edho sektoru v oblastech potravin\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fdch v\u00fdrobk\u016f, logistiky a e-commerce. Podle studie 59 % investor\u016f uvedlo, \u017ee sou\u010dasn\u00e9 operace nep\u0159eru\u0161ilo, zat\u00edmco 41 % p\u0159iznalo, \u017ee byli nuceni tak u\u010dinit. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 54 % uvedlo, \u017ee zm\u011bnili sv\u016fj investi\u010dn\u00ed profil. 62 % respondent\u016f se domn\u00edv\u00e1, \u017ee trh o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1 pokles v oblasti oce\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed aktiv, 35 % se domn\u00edv\u00e1, \u017ee v t\u00e9to oblasti dojde ke stabilizaci a tak\u00e9 ke zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed rovnov\u00e1hy mezi nab\u00eddkou a popt\u00e1vkou. 3 % v\u011b\u0159\u00ed v rychl\u00e9 zotaven\u00ed na \u00farove\u0148 p\u0159ed kriz\u00ed. Podle Worxe \u201ezah\u00e1jen\u00e9 projekty pokra\u010duj\u00ed v pokroku, stavebn\u00ed firmy nezmrazily sv\u00e9 aktivity a pot\u00fdkaj\u00ed se pouze s ur\u010dit\u00fdmi pot\u00ed\u017eemi v oblasti dod\u00e1vek a lidsk\u00fdch zdroj\u016f. V souvislosti s t\u00edm za\u010dali v\u00fdvoj\u00e1\u0159i p\u0159ehodnocovat n\u011bkter\u00e9 sv\u00e9 projekty.\u201c Podle dal\u0161\u00ed poradensk\u00e9 agentury CBRE byla kv\u016fli pandemii koronaviru zru\u0161ena pouze 4 % z celkov\u00e9ho po\u010dtu pl\u00e1novan\u00fdch <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/ru\/service\/buying-property-in-spain-as-a-foreigner\">n\u00e1kup\u016f a prodej\u016f nemovitost\u00ed<\/a> . V sektoru pron\u00e1jmu je toto \u010d\u00edslo je\u0161t\u011b ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed \u2013 3 %. Specialist\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti uspo\u0159\u00e1dali online setk\u00e1n\u00ed, b\u011bhem kter\u00e9ho se pod\u011blili o svou vizi situace a pozitivn\u00ed progn\u00f3zy. Lola Martinez, \u0159editelka n\u00e1rodn\u00edho v\u00fdzkumu CBRE, proto p\u0159ipomn\u011bla, \u017ee v prvn\u00edm \u010dtvrtlet\u00ed roku 2020, p\u0159ed za\u010d\u00e1tkem pandemie, objem <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/ru\/articles\/investments-in-spanish-real-estate-2020\">investic do realitn\u00edho sektoru<\/a> ve \u0160pan\u011blsku \u010dinil 3 miliardy eur, co\u017e je velmi dobr\u00fd ukazatel. Upozornila v\u0161ak, \u017ee je t\u0159eba vz\u00edt v \u00favahu i makroekonomick\u00e9 sc\u00e9n\u00e1\u0159e \u2013 t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 v\u0161echny zem\u011b sv\u011bta vstupuj\u00ed do obdob\u00ed recese. Pokud jde o HDP \u0160pan\u011blska, je nepravd\u011bpodobn\u00e9, \u017ee se zotav\u00ed do roku 2022, i kdy\u017e hodn\u011b z\u00e1vis\u00ed na vl\u00e1dn\u00edch opat\u0159en\u00edch, kter\u00e9 by mohly situaci bu\u010f zlep\u0161it, nebo zhor\u0161it. Specialist\u00e9 z nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edch spole\u010dnost\u00ed p\u016fsob\u00edc\u00edch v realitn\u00edm sektoru, jako jsou idealista, Gesvalt, Savills, Inviertis, jsou zase p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010deni, \u017ee sou\u010dasn\u00e1 krize m\u00e1 \u201eoportunistick\u00fd\u201c charakter a <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/ru\/articles\/real-estate-market-in-spain-2020\">realitn\u00ed trh<\/a> se po skon\u010den\u00ed pandemie velmi rychle zotav\u00ed. Shoduj\u00ed se tak\u00e9 na tom, \u017ee sou\u010dasn\u00e1 krize nem\u00e1 nic spole\u010dn\u00e9ho s kriz\u00ed z roku 2008, u\u017e jen proto, \u017ee dnes jsou banky sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed
