Na prvn\u00edm m\u00edst\u011b tohoto \u017eeb\u0159\u00ed\u010dku je Velk\u00e1 Brit\u00e1nie. Francie je na t\u0159et\u00edm m\u00edst\u011b. Na \u010dtvrt\u00e9m m\u00edst\u011b je Austr\u00e1lie. D\u00e1le n\u00e1sleduje Kanada, \u0160v\u00fdcarsko a Spojen\u00e9 st\u00e1ty americk\u00e9. Portugalsko, Nov\u00fd Z\u00e9land, Norsko a Malta jsou tak\u00e9 na seznamu \u017e\u00e1douc\u00edch zem\u00ed pro \u017eivot po pandemii koronaviru. Hlavn\u00edmi faktory, na jejich\u017e z\u00e1klad\u011b ob\u010dan\u00e9 up\u0159ednost\u0148ovali ur\u010dit\u00e9 zem\u011b, byly: <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/ru\/articles\/cost-of-living-in-valencia-2020\">kvalita \u017eivota<\/a> , rozvinut\u00e9 zdravotnictv\u00ed a vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00ed syst\u00e9my, siln\u00e1 m\u011bna, politick\u00e1 stabilita a dostupnost imigrace. Druh\u00fdm d\u016fvodem bylo, \u017ee lid\u00e9 cht\u011bj\u00ed m\u00edt p\u0159\u00edstup k dob\u0159e rozvinut\u00e9mu syst\u00e9mu zdravotn\u00ed p\u00e9\u010de na dosah ruky. T\u0159et\u00edm faktorem je touha m\u00edt pr\u00e1zdninov\u00e9 s\u00eddlo ve slunn\u00e9 zemi. Studie tak\u00e9 zjistila, \u017ee kv\u016fli pandemii ka\u017ed\u00fd \u010dtvrt\u00fd respondent pl\u00e1nuje v nadch\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00edm roce zm\u011bnit sv\u00e9 bydli\u0161t\u011b. 40 % p\u0159itom hled\u00e1 bydlen\u00ed ve stejn\u00e9m m\u011bst\u011b, kde aktu\u00e1ln\u011b \u017eije, 26 % chce zm\u011bnit m\u011bsto, ale ne zemi, a 34 % se pl\u00e1nuje p\u0159est\u011bhovat do zahrani\u010d\u00ed. Hlavn\u00edm po\u017eadavkem potenci\u00e1ln\u00edch kupc\u016f p\u0159i hled\u00e1n\u00ed <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/ru\/new-build-property-spain\">nov\u00e9ho domova<\/a> v zahrani\u010d\u00ed je v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed prostor (po pandemii vyj\u00e1d\u0159ilo p\u0159\u00e1n\u00ed koupit d\u016fm o 45 % v\u00edce respondent\u016f). O bydlen\u00ed na pob\u0159e\u017e\u00ed je velk\u00fd z\u00e1jem (40 % si chce koupit bydlen\u00ed u mo\u0159e, 37 % naopak na venkov\u011b). Zhruba t\u0159etina dot\u00e1zan\u00fdch se nav\u00edc domn\u00edv\u00e1, \u017ee po karant\u00e9n\u011b bude v\u00edce p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost\u00ed pro pr\u00e1ci na d\u00e1lku, tak\u017ee \u0159ada z nich pl\u00e1nuje hledat bydlen\u00ed s m\u00edstnost\u00ed, kterou lze p\u0159ed\u011blat na dom\u00e1c\u00ed pracovnu.
