Ve druh\u00e9m \u010dtvrtlet\u00ed roku 2020, navzdory v\u00fdjime\u010dn\u00e9mu stavu platn\u00e9mu v zemi, bylo v regionu uzav\u0159eno 2,08 transakc\u00ed na ka\u017ed\u00fdch 1000 lid\u00ed, zat\u00edmco celost\u00e1tn\u00ed pr\u016fm\u011br byl 1,6, podle \u00fadaj\u016f \u0161pan\u011blsk\u00e9ho kolegia majetk\u016f. Po Valencijsk\u00e9m spole\u010denstv\u00ed n\u00e1sleduj\u00ed La Rioja (1,86) a Kant\u00e1brie (1,84). Z hlediska celkov\u00e9ho po\u010dtu prodan\u00fdch nemovitost\u00ed je Valencie na 4. m\u00edst\u011b po Andalusii, Katal\u00e1nsku a Madridu. \u00dadaje ukazuj\u00ed 43,8% pokles po\u010dtu transakc\u00ed ve Valencijsk\u00e9m spole\u010denstv\u00ed ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s p\u0159edchoz\u00edm \u010dtvrtlet\u00edm, zat\u00edmco celost\u00e1tn\u00ed pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fd pokles je 39,9% (41,1% ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s 2. \u010dtvrtlet\u00edm 2019). Jej\u00ed ukazatel je 4906 objekt\u016f.
