N\u00e1klady na vyd\u00e1n\u00ed pln\u00e9 moci na konzul\u00e1tu budou 25-45 eur. Hlavn\u00ed nev\u00fdhodou t\u00e9to metody je \u010dasov\u00fd r\u00e1mec. Zde je vhodn\u00e9 zm\u00ednit, \u017ee mezi Ruskem a \u0160pan\u011blskem existuje dvoustrann\u00e1 <a href=\"https:\/\/barcelona.mid.ru\/documents\/374379\/387226\/dogov_pravpom.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">smlouva o pr\u00e1vn\u00ed pomoci<\/a> , kter\u00e1 p\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1 zru\u0161en\u00ed nutnosti legalizace pr\u00e1vn\u00edch listin, tak\u017ee v n\u011bkter\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech nebude pot\u0159eba opat\u0159ovat apostilou \u2013 sta\u010d\u00ed listinu potvrdit pe\u010det\u00ed not\u00e1\u0159e (podle toho, kde se pln\u00e1 moc p\u0159edkl\u00e1d\u00e1). Pokud je v\u0161ak apostila st\u00e1le pot\u0159eba, bude postup vypadat takto:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> Registrace pln\u00e9 moci ve \u0160pan\u011blsku u \u0161pan\u011blsk\u00e9ho not\u00e1\u0159e ve \u0161pan\u011bl\u0161tin\u011b.<\/li>\n<li> Apostila na pln\u00e9 moci.<\/li>\n<li> P\u0159eklad pln\u00e9 moci ze \u0161pan\u011bl\u0161tiny do ru\u0161tiny ofici\u00e1ln\u00edm p\u0159ekladatelem.<\/li>\n<li> Ov\u011b\u0159en\u00ed p\u0159ekladu rusk\u00fdm not\u00e1\u0159em.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Posledn\u00ed dva body se prov\u00e1d\u011bj\u00ed na \u00fazem\u00ed Ruska. P\u0159esto\u017ee samotn\u00e1 registrace pln\u00e9 moci u \u0161pan\u011blsk\u00e9ho not\u00e1\u0159e bude st\u00e1t p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 50 eur, co\u017e nen\u00ed tak drah\u00e9, n\u00e1sledn\u00fd p\u0159eklad a legalizace dokumentu v\u00fdrazn\u011b prodra\u017euje \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed \u2013 a\u017e na 350\u2013400 eur. Podle <a href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/buscar\/doc.php?id=BOE-A-2007-1810\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u010dl\u00e1nku 150 kr\u00e1lovsk\u00e9ho v\u00fdnosu 45\/2007 ze dne 19. ledna<\/a> jsou \u0161pan\u011bl\u0161t\u00ed not\u00e1\u0159i opr\u00e1vn\u011bni sepsat plnou moc jak ve \u0161pan\u011bl\u0161tin\u011b, tak v jazyce zmocn\u011bnce (v na\u0161em p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b v ru\u0161tin\u011b). V tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b mus\u00ed not\u00e1\u0159 bu\u010f tento jazyk ovl\u00e1dat, nebo je nutn\u00e9 vyhledat pomoc profesion\u00e1ln\u00edho p\u0159ekladatele, kter\u00fd se vyzn\u00e1 v pr\u00e1vn\u00edch t\u00e9matech. Skute\u010dnost jeho p\u0159\u00edtomnosti se projev\u00ed v pln\u00e9 moci. Krom\u011b toho mus\u00ed sv\u00fdm podpisem potvrdit shodu mezi p\u016fvodn\u00edm textem a p\u0159ekladem.
