Tohoto z\u00e1v\u011bru bylo dosa\u017eeno po setk\u00e1n\u00ed \u201eSavills Talks M\u00e1s de 200 Days Despu\u00e9s\u201c, kter\u00e9 organizoval Savills Aguirre Newma a bylo v\u011bnov\u00e1no diskuzi o budoucnosti sektoru nemovitost\u00ed v kr\u00e1tkodob\u00e9m, st\u0159edn\u011bdob\u00e9m a dlouhodob\u00e9m horizontu. Bankovn\u00ed sektor je mnohem v\u00edce kapitalizov\u00e1n, centr\u00e1ln\u00ed banky poskytuj\u00ed zna\u010dn\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed pen\u011bz a existuje zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fd apetit ze strany velkokapit\u00e1lov\u00fdch investor\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed projevuj\u00ed velk\u00fd z\u00e1jem o prov\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed transakc\u00ed. Na finan\u010dn\u00edm trhu p\u0159itom vznikaj\u00ed nov\u00ed hr\u00e1\u010di, jako jsou poji\u0161\u0165ovny nebo fondy, kter\u00e9 dluhy skupuj\u00ed,\u201c podot\u00fdkaj\u00ed odborn\u00edci. Krom\u011b toho, jak poznamen\u00e1vaj\u00ed odborn\u00edci, existuje jasn\u00fd trend k vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed nov\u00fdch forem financov\u00e1n\u00ed, jako je \u201ep\u0159edb\u011b\u017en\u00e9 financov\u00e1n\u00ed\u201c, zejm\u00e9na ve stavebn\u00edch projektech. Tento segment zaznamenal ve \u0160pan\u011blsku za posledn\u00ed t\u0159i roky rekordn\u00ed r\u016fst, ale nab\u00eddka v t\u00e9to oblasti st\u00e1le nesta\u010d\u00ed pokr\u00fdt o\u010dek\u00e1vanou popt\u00e1vku. Odborn\u00edci nav\u00edc zaznamen\u00e1vaj\u00ed zm\u011bny v reziden\u010dn\u00edm sektoru. Zejm\u00e9na vzrostla popt\u00e1vka po pron\u00e1jmech.
