V tomto obdob\u00ed ceny reziden\u010dn\u00edch nemovitost\u00ed nejv\u00edce vzrostly v Kant\u00e1brii (5,3 %), na Kan\u00e1rsk\u00fdch ostrovech a na Bale\u00e1rsk\u00fdch ostrovech (6,4 % a 5,7 %). Naopak v autonomn\u00edm spole\u010denstv\u00ed Madrid, Katal\u00e1nsko, Andalusie a Valencijsk\u00e9 spole\u010denstv\u00ed nebyl r\u016fst cen tak patrn\u00fd \u2013 z 1,9 % na 4,3 %. Ceny za bydlen\u00ed v <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/ru\/new-build-property-spain\">novostavb\u00e1ch<\/a> ve \u0160pan\u011blsku meziro\u010dn\u011b vzrostly o 6 %, co\u017e je z velk\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti zp\u016fsobeno t\u00edm, \u017ee kv\u016fli zaveden\u00ed koronavirov\u00fdch restrikc\u00ed byla pozastavena jejich v\u00fdstavba (odlo\u017eeno i uveden\u00ed do provozu) a b\u011bhem odst\u00e1vky se poda\u0159ilo zdra\u017eit stavebn\u00ed materi\u00e1ly a suroviny \u2013 p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm elekt\u0159ina. Zdra\u017eily v\u0161ak i st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed nemovitosti: meziro\u010dn\u011b o 2,9 % a proti p\u0159edchoz\u00edmu \u010dtvrtlet\u00ed o 2,7 %, co\u017e je nejv\u00edce za posledn\u00edch \u0161est let. Nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed stabilitu \u0161pan\u011blsk\u00fdch cen nemovitost\u00ed m\u00e1 autonomn\u00ed komunita Madrid, zat\u00edmco nejv\u00fdrazn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed pokles mezi velk\u00fdmi
