Jednou z nich byla popt\u00e1vka po nemovitostech, kter\u00e9 by bylo mo\u017en\u00e9 vyu\u017e\u00edvat ke t\u0159em \u00fa\u010del\u016fm najednou: jako prim\u00e1rn\u00ed bydlen\u00ed, jako rekrea\u010dn\u00ed d\u016fm pro relaxaci a jako kancel\u00e1\u0159 pro pr\u00e1ci na d\u00e1lku. P\u0159edpoklady pro vznik fenom\u00e9nu \u201et\u0159i v jednom\u201c vznikly v druh\u00e9 polovin\u011b roku 2020, kdy po zru\u0161en\u00ed karant\u00e9nn\u00edch omezen\u00ed za\u010dalo mnoho \u0161pan\u011blsk\u00fdch obyvatel uva\u017eovat o zm\u011bn\u011b registrace. Mezi jejich hlavn\u00ed po\u017eadavky pat\u0159ila poloha mimo centra m\u011bst a velk\u00fdch dav\u016f lid\u00ed, prostorn\u00e9 prostory se stejn\u00fdmi terasami \u010di balkony, dobr\u00e9 dopravn\u00ed spojen\u00ed, p\u0159\u00edtomnost rozvinut\u00e9 infrastruktury a zelen\u00fdch ploch. N\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed kupuj\u00edc\u00ed se rozhodli p\u0159est\u011bhovat natrvalo, proto\u017ee jim to pracovn\u00ed podm\u00ednky a rodinn\u00e9 pom\u011bry umo\u017e\u0148ovaly, zat\u00edmco jin\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed m\u011bli dostate\u010dn\u00e9 \u00faspory, z\u00edskali \u201ez\u00e1lo\u017en\u00ed opci\u201c pro p\u0159\u00edpad, \u017ee by byla omezen\u00ed znovu zavedena. Stejn\u00e9 procesy prob\u00edhaly v \u0159ad\u011b dal\u0161\u00edch zem\u00ed \u2013 zejm\u00e9na ve Spojen\u00fdch st\u00e1tech, kde byla migrace nejv\u00fdrazn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed (i vlivem mocensk\u00e9 zm\u011bny), a ve Velk\u00e9 Brit\u00e1nii. V\u00fdsledkem bylo, \u017ee \u0160pan\u011bl\u00e9 vyvinuli popt\u00e1vku po \u201emultifunk\u010dn\u00edch\u201c nemovitostech, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e mnoz\u00ed nem\u011bli z\u00e1jem o byty, ale o rodinn\u00e9 domy. V posledn\u00edm \u010dtvrtlet\u00ed roku 2021 se jejich prodeje zv\u00fd\u0161ily o v\u00edce ne\u017e 20 % ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed se stejn\u00fdm obdob\u00edm roku 2020, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e kupuj\u00edc\u00ed si nej\u010dast\u011bji vyb\u00edrali Kant\u00e1brii, Kan\u00e1rsk\u00e9 ostrovy a Bale\u00e1ry. Nav\u00edc vzrostla popt\u00e1vka po nov\u00e9m bydlen\u00ed, jeho\u017e dispozi\u010dn\u00ed \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed lze \u010dasto volit ji\u017e ve f\u00e1zi v\u00fdstavby. V roce 2021 nejv\u00edce zdra\u017eil na Bale\u00e1rsk\u00fdch ostrovech (4,1 %), Murcii (2,9 %) a Asturii (2,9 %). Fenom\u00e9n \u201et\u0159i v jednom\u201c je nejroz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u011bj\u0161\u00ed v Andalusii, kde m\u00e1 pob\u0159e\u017e\u00ed <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/ru\/articles\/life-in-spain\/costa-del-sol-spain\">Costa del Sol<\/a> dostatek vlastnost\u00ed, kter\u00e9 takov\u00e9 po\u017eadavky spl\u0148uj\u00ed.
