Z\u00e1rove\u0148 se za toto obdob\u00ed sn\u00ed\u017eil po\u010det nemovitost\u00ed s hypot\u00e9kou o t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 25 %. Na n\u00e1rodn\u00ed \u00farovni v tomto ohledu vy\u010dn\u00edvaj\u00ed Bale\u00e1ry a Kan\u00e1rsk\u00e9 ostrovy (23,4 % a 22,1 %) spolu s Katal\u00e1nskem (23,2 %) a Melillou (31 %). M\u00edra n\u00e1jemn\u00edho bydlen\u00ed ve Valencijsk\u00e9m spole\u010denstv\u00ed bude ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e celost\u00e1tn\u00ed pr\u016fm\u011br \u2013 14,2 % oproti 15,9 %, zat\u00edmco z hlediska pod\u00edlu dom\u00e1cnost\u00ed s hypot\u00e9kou nebo ji\u017e zakoupen\u00fdch p\u0159evy\u0161uje v\u011bt\u0161inu region\u016f \u0160pan\u011blska. Pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 plocha bydlen\u00ed zde bude tak\u00e9 v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e v jin\u00fdch autonomn\u00edch oblastech: pro v\u00edce ne\u017e polovinu m\u00edstn\u00edch obyvatel p\u0159esahuje 91 metr\u016f \u010dtvere\u010dn\u00edch. m., zat\u00edmco celost\u00e1tn\u00ed pr\u016fm\u011br nedosahuje 45 %.
