To je o 6,3 % v\u00edce ne\u017e ve stejn\u00e9m obdob\u00ed lo\u0148sk\u00e9ho roku ao 35 % vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 cena st\u00e1l\u00fdch byt\u016f. Pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fd r\u016fst za posledn\u00edch p\u011bt let u pob\u0159e\u017en\u00edch obc\u00ed \u010dinil 2,8 % (ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed se 4,3 % na n\u00e1rodn\u00ed \u00farovni); Nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed byla na ostrovech (3,9 %) a nejni\u017e\u0161\u00ed na severu zem\u011b (1,8 %). Nejb\u011b\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00ed cenov\u00e9 rozp\u011bt\u00ed v segmentu rekrea\u010dn\u00edch dom\u016f se pohybuje mezi 1 800 a 3 600 eur za m2 V \u201epr\u00e9miov\u00fdch\u201c lokalit\u00e1ch rodinn\u00fdch dom\u016f p\u0159esahuj\u00ed ceny 6 000 eur a v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b exkluzivn\u00edch nemovitost\u00ed na pob\u0159e\u017e\u00ed Mallorky mohou dos\u00e1hnout 11 000 eur za m2. D\u00e1le n\u00e1sleduj\u00ed provincie Malaga (3 400), Gipuzkoa (3 300) a Santa Cruz de Tenerife (2 900). Za posledn\u00ed rok se pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 cena dom\u016f zv\u00fd\u0161ila v 91 % z 250 analyzovan\u00fdch obc\u00ed. Nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed n\u00e1r\u016fst (p\u0159es 10 %) byl pozorov\u00e1n na Bale\u00e1rsk\u00fdch ostrovech (Manacor, Ses Salines, Llucmajor, Es Mercadal a Campos), Valencii (Canet d&#39;En Berenguer, Sagunto, Meliana a L&#39;Alfaz del Pi) a Andalusii (Motril, Algeciras, <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/ru\/articles\/city-of-spain\/malaga-spain\">Malaga<\/a> a Manilva). Nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed cenov\u00fd rozd\u00edl je ve m\u011bstech mezi El Campello a Santa Polou, kde je 742 eur. To je tak\u00e9 patrn\u00e9 na jihu pob\u0159e\u017e\u00ed, mezi <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/ru\/articles\/city-of-spain\/guardamar-del-segura-sights-and-beaches\">Guardamar del Segura<\/a> a Torrevieja, kde 1 m2. Ubytov\u00e1n\u00ed na dovolen\u00e9 stoj\u00ed 2 100 eur \u2013 o 713 eur v\u00edce ne\u017e v jin\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech. V severn\u00edch m\u011bstech, kde je obt\u00ed\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00ed rozli\u0161it mezi bydlen\u00edm ur\u010den\u00fdm k rekreaci a bydlen\u00edm trvale obyvatel, se tento rozd\u00edl znateln\u011b zmen\u0161uje. Na \u00faseku z <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/ru\/articles\/city-of-spain\/villajoyosa-spain\">Villajoyosy<\/a> do Calpe je to tedy 604 eur, zat\u00edmco na pob\u0159e\u017e\u00ed z Benissy do Denia prakticky neexistuje. Ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed se zbytkem zem\u011b jsou v\u0161ak druh\u00e9 domovy na pob\u0159e\u017e\u00ed Costa Blanca i nad\u00e1le cenov\u011b dostupn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. Za posledn\u00ed rok se jejich odhadovan\u00e1 hodnota prakticky nezm\u011bnila, zat\u00edmco u v\u0161ech nemovitost\u00ed v provincii se cena za metr \u010dtvere\u010dn\u00ed zv\u00fd\u0161ila o 3,3
