Tyto da\u0148ov\u00e9 inovace jsou zav\u00e1d\u011bny v r\u00e1mci celoevropsk\u00e9 politiky zam\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 na prevenci a boj proti da\u0148ov\u00e9 kriminalit\u011b. Podle hrub\u00fdch odhad\u016f se investice do kryptom\u011bn v EU v sou\u010dasnosti pohybuj\u00ed mezi 1 a 2,4 miliardami EUR.<\/p>\n<h2> Povinnost deklarovat transakce s kryptom\u011bnami<\/h2>\n<p> Zopakujme tedy, \u017ee od 1. ledna tohoto roku jsou v\u0161ichni obyvatel\u00e9 \u0160pan\u011blska, fyzick\u00e9 i pr\u00e1vnick\u00e9 osoby, povinni deklarovat v\u0161echny transakce s kryptom\u011bnami proveden\u00e9 mimo \u0160pan\u011blsko. Vlastn\u00edci kryptoaktiv jsou povinni ozn\u00e1mit da\u0148ov\u00e9 slu\u017eb\u011b celkov\u00fd objem digit\u00e1ln\u00edch aktiv um\u00edst\u011bn\u00fdch na zahrani\u010dn\u00edch kryptoplatform\u00e1ch. Hranic\u00ed povinnosti ohl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed je celkov\u00fd z\u016fstatek kryptom\u011bn ekvivalentn\u00ed 50 000 EUR. Elektronick\u00e9 prohl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed (obdob\u00ed vykazov\u00e1n\u00ed &#8211; 2023) zaveden\u00e9ho formul\u00e1\u0159e 721 je nutn\u00e9 podat do konce b\u0159ezna 2024. \u0160pan\u011blsko kvalifikuje transakce s kryptom\u011bnami jako finan\u010dn\u00ed aktiva, tzn. Spadaj\u00ed do kategorie \u201eostatn\u00ed finan\u010dn\u00ed aktiva\u201c \u2013 \u201eotros activos financieros\u201c. \u0160pan\u011blsk\u00e1 da\u0148ov\u00e1 slu\u017eba varuje, \u017ee deklaraci podl\u00e9haj\u00ed jak \u201ehork\u00e9 pen\u011b\u017eenky\u201c p\u0159ipojen\u00e9 k internetu, tak \u201estuden\u00e9 pen\u011b\u017eenky\u201c, kter\u00e9 jsou fyzick\u00fdmi m\u00e9dii nep\u0159ipojen\u00fdmi k internetu. Sou\u010dasn\u00e1 legislativa vy\u017eaduje, aby byl deklarov\u00e1n z\u016fstatek (v eurech) v\u0161ech kryptom\u011bn um\u00edst\u011bn\u00fdch v zahrani\u010d\u00ed. To plat\u00ed jak pro formul\u00e1\u0159 721, tak pro ro\u010dn\u00ed v\u00fdkaz IRPF.<\/p>\n<h2> Po\u017eadovan\u00e9 informace<\/h2>\n<p> Krom\u011b osobn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f, informac\u00ed o platform\u00e1ch, mno\u017estv\u00ed a z\u016fstatku ka\u017ed\u00e9ho aktiva na za\u010d\u00e1tku a na konci vykazovan\u00e9ho obdob\u00ed jsou vlastn\u00edci kryptom\u011bn povinni ve sv\u00e9m prohl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed zaznamen\u00e1vat zisky a ztr\u00e1ty z transakc\u00ed s kryptom\u011bnami. V z\u00e1sad\u011b plat\u00ed, \u017ee pokud mluv\u00edme pouze o ztr\u00e1t\u00e1ch, st\u00e1v\u00e1 se pod\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159izn\u00e1n\u00ed sp\u00ed\u0161e dobrovoln\u00fdm ne\u017e povinn\u00fdm. Ztr\u00e1ty ale doporu\u010dujeme deklarovat, abyste je v budoucnu mohli kompenzovat ze zisk\u016f.
