Zejm\u00e9na se zjednodu\u0161uj\u00ed po\u017eadavky na cizince pro z\u00edsk\u00e1n\u00ed povolen\u00ed k pobytu a zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed a ve v\u00fdjime\u010dn\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech je vyhov\u011bno \u017e\u00e1dostem \u017eadatel\u016fm o azyl, jejich\u017e \u017e\u00e1dost o mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed ochranu byla zam\u00edtnuta a kte\u0159\u00ed v sou\u010dasnosti \u017eij\u00ed ve \u0160pan\u011blsku bez doklad\u016f. Nov\u00e1 \u00faprava takov\u00fdm cizinc\u016fm umo\u017en\u00ed do jednoho roku vyu\u017e\u00edt zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00ed zp\u016fsob po\u0159izov\u00e1n\u00ed doklad\u016f. V dob\u011b, kdy na\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed vstoup\u00ed v platnost, tak budou muset b\u00fdt alespo\u0148 \u0161est m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f v nez\u00e1konn\u00e9m postaven\u00ed. Jednou z hlavn\u00edch novinek nov\u00e9ho na\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed je nav\u00edc to, \u017ee se doba pot\u0159ebn\u00e1 pro neleg\u00e1ln\u00ed p\u0159ist\u011bhovalce pro z\u00edsk\u00e1n\u00ed povolen\u00ed k pobytu a pracovn\u00edho povolen\u00ed zkr\u00e1tila ze t\u0159\u00ed na dva roky. Krom\u011b toho se zav\u00e1d\u00ed koncept \u201edruh\u00e9 \u0161ance\u201c (second-chance arraigo), kter\u00fd bude dostupn\u00fd lidem, kte\u0159\u00ed d\u0159\u00edve m\u011bli povolen\u00ed k pobytu ve \u0160pan\u011blsku a z n\u011bjak\u00e9ho d\u016fvodu si ho nemohli obnovit. Dal\u0161\u00ed novinkou je, \u017ee imigranti, kte\u0159\u00ed z\u00edskali povolen\u00ed ke studiu p\u0159es arraigo, budou moci pracovat a\u017e 30 hodin t\u00fddn\u011b. Opat\u0159en\u00ed, st\u00e1le zn\u00e1m\u00e9 jako arraigo socioformativo, bylo zavedeno v roce 2022 s c\u00edlem pomoci lidem v neregul\u00e9rn\u00ed situaci, kte\u0159\u00ed \u017eij\u00ed ve \u0160pan\u011blsku d\u00e9le ne\u017e dva roky, za p\u0159edpokladu, \u017ee jsou zaps\u00e1ni do kurz\u016f odborn\u00e9ho vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed. Pokud tedy dosud k z\u00edsk\u00e1n\u00ed pracovn\u00edho povolen\u00ed pot\u0159ebovali smlouvu, nyn\u00ed je dostanou automaticky. Nov\u00e9 na\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, jeho\u017e c\u00edlem je p\u0159il\u00e1kat a udr\u017eet zahrani\u010dn\u00ed pracovn\u00edky a bojovat proti st\u00ednov\u00e9 ekonomice, vstoup\u00ed v platnost
