Volgens Fotocasa kost een \u201cgemiddelde\u201d woning van 80 m\u00b2 bij dit niveau \u20ac 219.020 tegenover \u20ac 131.707 in augustus 2015. Dat is een stijging van 66,3% (+\u20ac 87.313) in tien jaar.<\/p>\n<h2>Vraag, aanbod en groeifactoren<\/h2>\n<p>Fotocasa meldt de grootste jaarlijkse stijging ooit, dicht bij 20%. Zo\u2019n sterke sprong in \u00e9\u00e9n jaar heeft geleid tot recordniveaus in veel steden.<br \/>\nDe snelle stijging wijst op een diep onevenwicht tussen vraag en aanbod. De vraag blijft stabiel en groeit, gesteund door sociale, demografische en macro-economische factoren \u2013 waaronder aantrekkelijkere hypotheekvoorwaarden. Wanneer kopen voordeliger is dan huren, neemt de druk op het aanbod toe.
