Klima, ceny, infrastruktura \u2013 v mnoha ohledech je \u0160pan\u011blsko pohodln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a v\u00fdhodn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e jin\u00e9 evropsk\u00e9 zem\u011b. Na pob\u0159e\u017e\u00ed Costa Blanca, Costa C\u00e1lida a <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/cs\/articles\/life-in-spain\/costa-del-sol-spain\">Costa del Sol<\/a> byla \u0159ada urbanizac\u00ed postavena ne pro m\u00edstn\u00ed kupce, ale pr\u00e1v\u011b s ohledem na evropsk\u00e9 d\u016fchodce \u2013 Brity, N\u011bmce, Skandin\u00e1vce. V posledn\u00edch letech v\u0161ak v\u0161echny v\u00fdhody \u0160pan\u011blska ocenili i d\u016fchodci z jin\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed sv\u011bta: st\u00e1le v\u00edce star\u0161\u00edch lid\u00ed se sem st\u011bhuje k trval\u00e9mu pobytu z USA, \u010c\u00edny \u010di b\u00fdval\u00fdch sov\u011btsk\u00fdch republik. V tomto \u010dl\u00e1nku vysv\u011btl\u00edme, jak\u00e1 v\u00edza a povolen\u00ed pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed zahrani\u010dn\u00ed d\u016fchodci pro p\u0159est\u011bhov\u00e1n\u00ed do \u0160pan\u011blska, zda zde mohou nejen \u017e\u00edt, ale tak\u00e9 pracovat, a jak z\u00edskaj\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstup ke zdravotn\u00ed p\u00e9\u010di.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"how\"><b>Jak se m\u016f\u017ee d\u016fchodce p\u0159est\u011bhovat do \u0160pan\u011blska: v\u00edza a povolen\u00ed k pobytu<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jak se m\u016f\u017ee d\u016fchodce p\u0159est\u011bhovat do \u0160pan\u011blska? Odpov\u011b\u010f na tuto ot\u00e1zku z\u00e1vis\u00ed na jeho statusu: zda je ob\u010danem zem\u011b EU (v\u010detn\u011b Norska, Islandu, Lichten\u0161tejnska a \u0160v\u00fdcarska), nebo m\u00e1 pas jin\u00e9 zem\u011b. Tento certifik\u00e1t potvrzuje registraci ob\u010dana EU v Centr\u00e1ln\u00edm registru cizinc\u016f na \u00fazem\u00ed \u0160pan\u011blska. \u017d\u00e1dost se pod\u00e1v\u00e1 na policii podle m\u00edsta bydli\u0161t\u011b do 90 dn\u016f od vstupu do zem\u011b a je k n\u00ed t\u0159eba p\u0159ilo\u017eit n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed dokumenty:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vypln\u011bn\u00fd formul\u00e1\u0159 \u017e\u00e1dosti.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Potvrzen\u00ed o zaplacen\u00ed spr\u00e1vn\u00edho poplatku 790-012 (odd\u00edl Certificado de registro de residente comunitario).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/cs\/service\/registration-in-spain\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Potvrzen\u00ed o registraci v m\u00edst\u011b bydli\u0161t\u011b.<\/span><\/a><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Platn\u00fd cestovn\u00ed pas.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Smlouva o zdravotn\u00edm poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed se st\u00e1tn\u00ed nebo <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/cs\/service\/insurance-in-spain-for-expats\">soukromou poji\u0161\u0165ovnou<\/a>, kter\u00e1 poskytuje pln\u00e9 pokryt\u00ed na cel\u00e9m \u00fazem\u00ed \u0160pan\u011blska bez doplatk\u016f.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">V\u00fdpis z bankovn\u00edho \u00fa\u010dtu potvrzuj\u00edc\u00ed dostatek finan\u010dn\u00edch prost\u0159edk\u016f (v\u00fdpo\u010det vych\u00e1z\u00ed z IPREM).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Certifik\u00e1t se zpravidla vyd\u00e1v\u00e1 p\u0159\u00edmo na m\u00edst\u011b za p\u0159\u00edtomnosti \u017eadatele, ve v\u00fdjime\u010dn\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech do 24 hodin od pod\u00e1n\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dosti, ale p\u0159\u00edjem na policii prob\u00edh\u00e1 pouze po p\u0159edchoz\u00edm objedn\u00e1n\u00ed. \u017dadateli bude p\u0159id\u011bleno <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/cs\/service\/get-a-nie-in-spain\">\u010d\u00edslo NIE<\/a>, kter\u00e9 slou\u017e\u00ed sou\u010dasn\u011b jako identifika\u010dn\u00ed \u010d\u00edslo cizince a da\u0148ov\u00e9 \u010d\u00edslo. Po\u010d\u00e1te\u010dn\u00ed certifik\u00e1t m\u00e1 platnost 5 let, pot\u00e9 se vyd\u00e1v\u00e1 trval\u00fd certifik\u00e1t s dobou platnosti 10 let.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">D\u016fchodci ze zem\u00ed mimo EU se setkaj\u00ed s v\u011bt\u0161\u00edmi obt\u00ed\u017eemi a byrokratick\u00fdmi pr\u016ftahy. Pro p\u0159est\u011bhov\u00e1n\u00ed do \u0160pan\u011blska k trval\u00e9mu pobytu v d\u016fchodu pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed z\u00edskat plnohodnotn\u00e9 povolen\u00ed k pobytu. Nejobl\u00edben\u011bj\u0161\u00edm typem povolen\u00ed k pobytu je povolen\u00ed k pobytu bez pr\u00e1va pracovat na z\u00e1klad\u011b finan\u010dn\u00ed nez\u00e1vislosti. V prvn\u00edm p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b je nutn\u00e9 potvrdit zdroj leg\u00e1ln\u00edho st\u00e1l\u00e9ho p\u0159\u00edjmu, m\u00edt dostatek prost\u0159edk\u016f na pokryt\u00ed \u017eivotn\u00edch n\u00e1klad\u016f po celou dobu platnosti po\u010d\u00e1te\u010dn\u00edho povolen\u00ed k pobytu (1 rok) ve v\u00fd\u0161i \u010dty\u0159n\u00e1sobku IPREM a prok\u00e1zat bydlen\u00ed (nemus\u00ed b\u00fdt vlastn\u00ed, lze dolo\u017eit i dlouhodob\u00fd n\u00e1jem). V druh\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b jsou po\u017eadavky stejn\u00e9, ale nav\u00edc se dokl\u00e1d\u00e1 vlastnictv\u00ed nemovitosti. Krom\u011b toho se p\u0159ipravuje cel\u00e1 sada dal\u0161\u00edch dokument\u016f: v\u00fdpis z rejst\u0159\u00edku trest\u016f, l\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00e9 potvrzen\u00ed o neexistenci nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed, finan\u010dn\u00ed dokumenty potvrzuj\u00edc\u00ed zdroj p\u0159\u00edjmu, da\u0148ov\u00e1 p\u0159izn\u00e1n\u00ed, bankovn\u00ed v\u00fdpisy, listiny o vlastnictv\u00ed, pokud existuje pasivn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edjem, a povinn\u011b \u2013 zdravotn\u00ed poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed s pln\u00fdm kryt\u00edm. V\u0161echny dokumenty se p\u0159edkl\u00e1daj\u00ed konzul\u00e1tu \u0160pan\u011blska podle m\u00edsta bydli\u0161t\u011b \u017eadatele.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b kladn\u00e9ho rozhodnut\u00ed se vyd\u00e1v\u00e1 vstupn\u00ed v\u00edzum typu D. Po p\u0159\u00edjezdu na m\u00edsto je nutn\u00e9 objednat se na policii kv\u016fli sejmut\u00ed otisk\u016f prst\u016f a obdr\u017een\u00ed plastov\u00e9 karty rezidenta TIE. V budoucnu je nutn\u00e9 povolen\u00ed k pobytu v ur\u010den\u00fdch term\u00ednech obnovovat, poka\u017ed\u00e9 potvrdit ekonomickou zp\u016fsobilost, bydli\u0161t\u011b a platn\u00e9 zdravotn\u00ed poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"tax\"><b>Dan\u011b ve \u0160pan\u011blsku<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ve \u0160pan\u011blsku je d\u016fchodov\u00fd v\u011bk pom\u011brn\u011b vysok\u00fd a aktu\u00e1ln\u011b se postupn\u011b zvy\u0161uje na 67 let do roku 2027. Zahrani\u010dn\u00ed d\u016fchodci, kte\u0159\u00ed si d\u016fchod \u201eodpracovali\u201c ve sv\u00e9 zemi, ho mohou ve \u0160pan\u011blsku bez probl\u00e9m\u016f utr\u00e1cet. Ot\u00e1zka zdan\u011bn\u00ed se \u0159e\u0161\u00ed individu\u00e1ln\u011b v ka\u017ed\u00e9m konkr\u00e9tn\u00edm p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, proto\u017ee z\u00e1vis\u00ed na statusu d\u016fchodce (da\u0148ov\u00fd rezident\/nerezident), existenci bilater\u00e1ln\u00ed dohody o zamezen\u00ed dvoj\u00edho zdan\u011bn\u00ed, kterou \u0160pan\u011blsko uzav\u0159elo s r\u016fzn\u00fdmi st\u00e1ty, a v n\u011bkter\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech i na bilater\u00e1ln\u00edch dohod\u00e1ch o soci\u00e1ln\u00edm zabezpe\u010den\u00ed. D\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd je i charakter d\u016fchodu \u2013 zda jde o soukrom\u00e9 penzijn\u00ed \u00faspory nebo st\u00e1tn\u00ed d\u016fchod. Zpravidla v p\u0159\u00edpadech dvoj\u00edho zdan\u011bn\u00ed nese \u0160pan\u011blsko jako zem\u011b trval\u00e9ho pobytu zahrani\u010dn\u00edho d\u016fchodce odpov\u011bdnost za uplatn\u011bn\u00ed da\u0148ov\u00e9ho odpo\u010dtu. V n\u011bkter\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech mohou \u00famluvy p\u0159edpokl\u00e1dat osvobozen\u00ed d\u016fchodu od dan\u011b v zemi pobytu (\u0160pan\u011blsku), av\u0161ak s uplatn\u011bn\u00edm progresivn\u00ed da\u0148ov\u00e9 \u0161k\u00e1ly, co\u017e znamen\u00e1, \u017ee p\u0159\u00edjem osvobozen\u00fd od dan\u011b se p\u0159i\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 k ostatn\u00edm p\u0159\u00edjm\u016fm pro v\u00fdpo\u010det da\u0148ov\u00e9 sazby uplat\u0148ovan\u00e9 na zbyl\u00fd zdaniteln\u00fd p\u0159\u00edjem. Evropan\u00e9 pro to nemus\u00ed podnikat \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00ed kroky: sta\u010d\u00ed z\u00edskat v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00fd certifik\u00e1t, uzav\u0159\u00edt pracovn\u00ed smlouvu a registrovat se v syst\u00e9mu soci\u00e1ln\u00edho zabezpe\u010den\u00ed (ve\u0161ker\u00e9 registra\u010dn\u00ed kroky prov\u00e1d\u00ed zam\u011bstnavatel). Dan\u011b z pracovn\u00edho p\u0159\u00edjmu se odv\u00e1d\u011bj\u00ed v m\u00edst\u011b v\u00fdkonu pr\u00e1ce, tedy ve \u0160pan\u011blsku. Tot\u00e9\u017e plat\u00ed, pokud d\u016fchodce nepracuje v zam\u011bstnaneck\u00e9m pom\u011bru, ale jako osoba samostatn\u011b v\u00fdd\u011ble\u010dn\u011b \u010dinn\u00e1.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">D\u016fchodci ze zem\u00ed mimo EU si s pouh\u00fdm p\u0159\u00e1n\u00edm pracovat nevysta\u010d\u00ed: pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed z\u00edskat povolen\u00ed k pr\u00e1ci. Nejsnaz\u0161\u00ed zp\u016fsob je ozn\u00e1mit z\u00e1m\u011br pracovat jako osoba samostatn\u011b v\u00fdd\u011ble\u010dn\u011b \u010dinn\u00e1 a p\u0159ipravit re\u00e1ln\u00fd podnikatelsk\u00fd pl\u00e1n, kter\u00fd bude schv\u00e1len.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Da\u0148 z p\u0159\u00edjm\u016f fyzick\u00fdch osob (IRPF) m\u00e1 ve \u0160pan\u011blsku progresivn\u00ed sazbu, kter\u00e1 se m\u016f\u017ee v jednotliv\u00fdch regionech li\u0161it. Nap\u0159\u00edklad v Katal\u00e1nsku se da\u0148 z p\u0159\u00edjm\u016f vyb\u00edr\u00e1 sazbou od 20 do 50 %, ve Valencijsk\u00e9m spole\u010denstv\u00ed \u2013 od 18,50 do 54 %, v Madridu \u2013 od 18 do 45 %, v Andalusii \u2013 od 19 do 47 %. Nezdaniteln\u00e9 minimum \u010din\u00ed 5.500 \u20ac, pro d\u016fchodce star\u0161\u00ed 65 let se zvy\u0161uje o 1.150 \u20ac, pro d\u016fchodce star\u0161\u00ed 75 let je\u0161t\u011b o 1.400 \u20ac (uveden\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stky se mohou v n\u011bkter\u00fdch autonomn\u00edch spole\u010denstv\u00edch li\u0161it).<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"medicina\"><b>Zdravotnictv\u00ed ve \u0160pan\u011blsku pro d\u016fchodce<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zahrani\u010dn\u00ed d\u016fchodci, kte\u0159\u00ed pracuj\u00ed ve \u0160pan\u011blsku a odv\u00e1d\u011bj\u00ed platby do syst\u00e9mu soci\u00e1ln\u00edho zabezpe\u010den\u00ed, maj\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstup ke st\u00e1tn\u00edmu zdravotnictv\u00ed. Nepracuj\u00edc\u00ed evrop\u0161t\u00ed d\u016fchodci se tak\u00e9 mohou l\u00e9\u010dit ve st\u00e1tn\u00edch poliklinik\u00e1ch a nemocnic\u00edch, pokud jejich zdravotn\u00ed poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed (nap\u0159\u00edklad n\u011bmeck\u00e9, \u0161v\u00e9dsk\u00e9 atd.) obsahuje p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00e9 roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed na \u00fazem\u00ed EU.
