Wie dem auch sei, ein solches Spektakel ruft bei den Menschen um ihn herum ein Kaleidoskop an Emotionen hervor \u2013 von wildem Lachen bis hin zu gerechter Wut. Moj\u00e1car ist ein beliebter Ferienort in der Provinz Almeria, der haupts\u00e4chlich von Briten und anderen ausl\u00e4ndischen Touristen besucht wird. Die Beh\u00f6rden wollen das Image der Stadt vor Sch\u00e4ndung sch\u00fctzen, weshalb das bekannte Verbot erlassen wurde. Wer nun einen Junggesellen- oder Junggesellenabschied mit aufblasbaren Spielzeugen aus einem Sexshop veranstalten m\u00f6chte, muss mit einer Geldstrafe rechnen. Die B\u00fcrgermeisterin der Stadt, Rosa Mar\u00eda Cano, erkl\u00e4rte, dass das Abhalten solcher Partys nicht illegal sei. Sie erinnerte jedoch daran, dass das Resort auch bei Paaren mit Kindern beliebt sei. Es ist nicht angebracht, vor der j\u00fcngeren Generation nackt und mit Spielzeug f\u00fcr Erwachsene aufzutreten. Dar\u00fcber hinaus werden die Beh\u00f6rden diejenigen bestrafen, die Respektlosigkeit gegen\u00fcber Gl\u00e4ubigen anderer Glaubensrichtungen, Vertretern anderer Orientierungen oder Nationalit\u00e4ten zeigen. Geh\u00f6ren solche Tatbest\u00e4nde zum Unterhaltungsprogramm einer geschlossenen Party, dann handelt es sich um einen \u201eleichten Versto\u00df\u201c, der mit einem Bu\u00dfgeld von 100 bis 300 Euro geahndet wird. Feiern dieser Art an \u00fcberf\u00fcllten Orten, insbesondere dort, wo sich Kinder aufhalten, werden als \u201eb\u00f6swilliger Versto\u00df\u201c gewertet und mit einer Geldstrafe von bis zu 1.000 Euro geahndet. Das Gleiche erwartet Akrobaten, Radfahrer und Skateboarder, wenn ihre Unterhaltung das Leben, die Gesundheit und den Frieden anderer Menschen gef\u00e4hrdet.
