Zu den M\u00f6glichkeiten f\u00fcr Spazierg\u00e4nge geh\u00f6ren die Senderos-Azules-Routen, die f\u00fcr ihren \u00f6kologischen Wert, ihre Zug\u00e4nglichkeit und ihre Verbindung zum Natur- und Kulturerbe ausgezeichnet wurden.<\/p>\n

Im Jahr 2026 gibt es in Spanien 194 Senderos-Azules-Routen, und Asturien<\/a> verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber 10 Wege mit dieser Auszeichnung. F\u00fcr alle, die ein ruhiges Programm f\u00fcr einige Stunden suchen, eignen sich besonders drei Routen: Senda peatonal de la Concha de Artedo in Cudillero, Ruta Cascada del Nonaya in Salas und Sendero Azul Marino Tapiego in Tapia de Casariego.<\/p>\n

Concha de Artedo: ein kurzer Spaziergang am Meer<\/h2>\n

Die Senda peatonal de la Concha de Artedo befindet sich in Cudillero und verl\u00e4uft im Bereich des Strandes Concha de Artedo. Es handelt sich um eine einfache Route von etwa 700 Metern, die in rund 15 Minuten zur\u00fcckgelegt werden kann.<\/p>\n

Der Weg f\u00fchrt entlang des Flusses Unc\u00edn und durch eine nat\u00fcrliche Umgebung mit Erlenhainen und Eukalyptusb\u00e4umen. Die Route eignet sich f\u00fcr alle, die einen leichten Spaziergang mit Blick auf die K\u00fcste und Erholung am Strand verbinden m\u00f6chten.<\/p>\n

Cascada del Nonaya: Wald, Fluss und Wasserfall<\/h2>\n

Die Ruta Cascada del Nonaya in Salas ist eine weitere Option f\u00fcr eine Auszeit im Mai. Die Route ist 3,584 Kilometer lang, dauert etwa 2 Stunden und 15 Minuten und gilt als leicht.<\/p>\n

Der Weg beginnt am Albergue in Salas und f\u00fchrt \u00fcber einen Abschnitt des Camino de Santiago. Unterwegs kann man alte Minen, Steinbr\u00fccken, die Colegiata de Santa Mar\u00eda la Mayor und die Torre de Vald\u00e9s Salas sehen.<\/p>\n

Der wichtigste Punkt der Route ist die Cascada del Nonaya. Der Weg zum Wasserfall verl\u00e4uft entlang des Flusses Nonaya durch eine gr\u00fcne Waldlandschaft, weshalb sich die Route besonders gut f\u00fcr einen Fr\u00fchlingsspaziergang eignet.<\/p>\n

Sendero Azul Marino Tapiego: Hafen, Leuchtturm und Str\u00e4nde<\/h2>\n

Der Sendero Azul Marino Tapiego liegt in Tapia de Casariego. Es handelt sich um eine leichte Route von 1,430 Kilometern, die in etwa 25 Minuten zur\u00fcckgelegt werden kann.<\/p>\n

Die Route beginnt im Hafen aus dem XVIII. Jahrhundert, f\u00fchrt am Leuchtturm von Tapia de Casariego, am Aussichtspunkt La Guardia und am Pier Roc\u00edn vorbei. Danach verl\u00e4uft der Weg weiter entlang der Uferpromenade zu den Str\u00e4nden Ribeir\u00eda, As Furadas, Maleguas und Anguileiro.<\/p>\n

Diese Route eignet sich f\u00fcr alle, die einen Tag am Meer verbringen, an der K\u00fcste spazieren gehen und eine der bekanntesten maritimen Zonen im Westen Asturiens sehen m\u00f6chten.<\/p>\n
