Seit 2013, als das entsprechende Gesetz im Land verabschiedet wurde, w\u00e4chst die Zahl ausl\u00e4ndischer Staatsb\u00fcrger, die auf diesem Weg <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/ru\/service\/residence-permit-in-spain\">eine spanische Aufenthaltserlaubnis<\/a> erhalten m\u00f6chten, stetig. Nach offiziellen Angaben genehmigte Spanien im Jahr 2019 8.061 Goldene Visa. Diese Zahl ist 22,6 % h\u00f6her als im Jahr 2018. Im Jahr 2019 nutzten 681 ausl\u00e4ndische Investoren die M\u00f6glichkeit, eine spanische<a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/ru\/articles\/residence-permit-in-spain-when-buying-property\">Aufenthaltserlaubnis zu erhalten, indem sie Immobilien im Wert von mehr als 500.000 Euro kauften<\/a> (13,7 % mehr als 599 im Jahr 2018). Diese Zahl ist die h\u00f6chste seit Inkrafttreten des Golden Visa-Gesetzes. Der bisherige Rekord wurde 2016 mit 586 Aufenthaltstiteln dieser Art gebrochen. Das Gesetz von 2013 sieht die Erteilung eines \u201eGoldenen Visums\u201c nicht nur <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/ru\/service\/investing-in-property-in-spain\">f\u00fcr Investoren<\/a> vor, sondern auch f\u00fcr Mitarbeiter internationaler Unternehmen, die zur Arbeit nach Spanien versetzt werden, sowie f\u00fcr hochqualifizierte Fachkr\u00e4fte. Auf diese beiden Kategorien entfielen im Jahr 2019 1.361 bzw. 1.650 Goldene Visa. Der Erhalt eines \u201eGoldenen Visums\u201c ist auch durch Familienzusammenf\u00fchrung m\u00f6glich: Anspruch auf eine solche Aufenthaltserlaubnis haben die unmittelbaren Verwandten des Investors oder Spezialisten, der das \u201eGoldene Visum\u201c ausgestellt hat. Im Jahr 2019 nutzten 3.530 Ausl\u00e4nder diese Methode. Dar\u00fcber hinaus haben Anleger, die in die spanische Wirtschaft investiert haben, Anspruch auf ein Goldenes Visum: 2 Millionen Euro f\u00fcr den Kauf von Schulden des Landes oder 1 Million Euro f\u00fcr den Kauf von Anteilen oder Anteilen an spanischen Unternehmen. Es besteht auch die M\u00f6glichkeit, 1 Million Euro auf die Einlage <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/ru\/service\/opening-a-bank-account-in-spain\">einer spanischen Bank<\/a> zu legen. Nach Angaben des spanischen Standesamtes kauften im Jahr 2019 3.858 Ausl\u00e4nder in Spanien Immobilien im Wert von mehr als 500.000 Euro. Davon waren 1.393 B\u00fcrger von Nicht-EU-L\u00e4ndern, also diejenigen, die sich f\u00fcr ein Goldenes Visum qualifizieren k\u00f6nnen ( Europ\u00e4er haben kein solches Bed\u00fcrfnis, da sie das Recht haben, in jedem EU-Land zu leben. Gleichzeitig erhielten Sch\u00e4tzungen zufolge 41,9 % der Ausl\u00e4nder, die <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/ru\/sale\">in Spanien Immobilien<\/a> im Wert von mehr als einer halben Million Euro kauften, ein Goldenes Visum. Der gr\u00f6\u00dfte Anteil der in Spanien ausgestellten Goldenen Visa entf\u00e4llt auf chinesische Staatsb\u00fcrger \u2013 1.686 (455 durch Immobilieninvestitionen). An zweiter Stelle stehen Einwanderer aus Indien \u2013 947 (haupts\u00e4chlich aus Arbeitsgr\u00fcnden) und an dritter Stelle stehen Brasilianer (549). Es folgen Kolumbianer (531), Amerikaner (507) und Mexikaner (503). Den siebten Platz belegten die Russen \u2013 340 Goldene Visa im Jahr 2019. Im Jahr 2020 wurden im Januar 50 Goldene Visa durch <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/ru\/articles\/procedure-for-buying-property-in-spain\">den Kauf von Immobilien<\/a> ausgestellt, im Februar waren es 31. Insgesamt wurden in den ersten beiden Monaten des Jahres 1.345 Goldene Visa genehmigt (782 im Januar und 563 im Februar). Insgesamt hat Spanien seit 2013 35.422 Aufenthaltsgenehmigungen dieser Art ausgestellt, davon 3.746 f\u00fcr Investitionen in Immobilien.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Im Jahr
