Im Rahmen des neuen Wahlkampfs dr\u00e4ngt Casado auf die Verabschiedung eines Gesetzes, nach dem Bewohner innerhalb von maximal 48 Stunden nach dem illegalen Einzug in leerstehende H\u00e4user und Wohnungen ger\u00e4umt werden k\u00f6nnen. Eine \u00e4hnliche L\u00f6sung f\u00fcr das Problem, das sich nach der Schlie\u00dfung der Grenzen und der Einf\u00fchrung der Quarant\u00e4ne in Spanien versch\u00e4rfte, schlugen die \u201ePopulisten\u201c bereits im November letzten Jahres vor und schlugen unter anderem die Einf\u00fchrung einer Freiheitsstrafe von einem Jahr vor als Strafe bis zu drei Jahre. Die geltende Gesetzgebung beschr\u00e4nkt sich jedoch nur auf Geldstrafen f\u00fcr Personen, die eine Straftat dieser Art begangen haben, und tats\u00e4chlich kann eine R\u00e4umung dieser Personen nur durch eine gerichtliche Entscheidung erfolgen. In diesem Fall dauert der Prozess in der Regel mehrere Monate \u2013 insbesondere in F\u00e4llen, in denen es sich bei den Eigent\u00fcmern um ausl\u00e4ndische Staatsb\u00fcrger handelt, die keinen st\u00e4ndigen Wohnsitz in Spanien haben. Die Volkspartei wendet sich auch dagegen, dass Okupas, die zumeist marginalisierte Bev\u00f6lkerungsgruppen repr\u00e4sentieren, die keine Arbeit haben und keine Steuern zahlen, sich in beschlagnahmten Wohnungen anmelden k\u00f6nnen und so ein Mindestgrundeinkommen (Ingreso M\u00ednimo Vital) erhalten, so der Vize -Vorsitzender schl\u00e4gt Koalitionsregierung von Pablo Iglesias vor. Dar\u00fcber hinaus m\u00f6chte die Opposition, dass Wohngemeinschaften, die juristische Personen sind, die M\u00f6glichkeit haben, vor Gericht zu gehen, wenn die \u201eOkupas\u201c materiellen oder
