Das Vereinigte K\u00f6nigreich f\u00fchrt dieses Ranking an. Frankreich liegt an dritter Stelle. An vierter Stelle steht Australien. Als n\u00e4chstes kommen Kanada, die Schweiz und die USA. Auch Portugal, Neuseeland, Norwegen und Malta stehen auf der Liste der Wunschl\u00e4nder zum Leben nach der Corona-Pandemie. Die Hauptfaktoren, aufgrund derer die B\u00fcrger diese anderen L\u00e4nder bevorzugten, waren: <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/ru\/articles\/cost-of-living-in-valencia-2020\">Lebensqualit\u00e4t<\/a> , gut entwickelte Gesundheits- und Bildungssysteme, starke W\u00e4hrung, politische Stabilit\u00e4t und Zugang zur Einwanderung. Was Spanien betrifft, so wurden Studien durchgef\u00fchrt, die best\u00e4tigen, dass die wichtigsten Touristengebiete des Landes eine viel niedrigere Infektionsrate mit dem Coronavirus aufweisen als die L\u00e4nder, aus denen Ausl\u00e4nder zum Immobilienkauf kommen. Der zweite Grund war, dass die Menschen Zugang zu einem gut ausgebauten Gesundheitssystem haben m\u00f6chten. Der dritte Faktor ist der Wunsch nach einem Feriendomizil in einem sonnigen Land. Die Studie ergab au\u00dferdem, dass aufgrund der Pandemie jeder vierte Befragte plant, im kommenden Jahr seinen Wohnort zu wechseln. Gleichzeitig suchen 40 % eine Wohnung in derselben Stadt, in der sie derzeit leben, 26 % m\u00f6chten die Stadt, aber nicht das Land wechseln, und 34 % planen einen Umzug ins Ausland. Das Hauptbed\u00fcrfnis potenzieller K\u00e4ufer bei der Suche nach <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/ru\/new-build-property-spain\">einem neuen Zuhause<\/a> im Ausland ist mehr Platz (nach der Pandemie \u00e4u\u00dferten 45 % mehr Befragte den Wunsch, ein Haus zu kaufen). Das Interesse an Wohnungen an der K\u00fcste ist gro\u00df (40 % wollen Wohnungen am Meer kaufen, w\u00e4hrend 37 % sie in l\u00e4ndlichen Gebieten kaufen wollen). Dar\u00fcber hinaus glaubt etwa ein Drittel der Befragten, dass es nach der Quarant\u00e4ne mehr M\u00f6glichkeiten f\u00fcr Remote-Arbeit geben wird, weshalb viele von ihnen planen, nach einer Unterkunft mit einem Zimmer zu suchen, das in ein Heimb\u00fcro umgewandelt werden kann. F\u00fcr einen erheblichen Teil der Befragten war es au\u00dferdem wichtig, ein gro\u00dfes Grundst\u00fcck neben dem Haus oder einem Garten zu
