Wie die Ergebnisse einer Studie des Portals Idealista zeigen, haben sie eine ziemlich klare Priorit\u00e4t: Drei-Zimmer-Wohnungen mit einer Fl\u00e4che von mehr als 100 qm. und zu einem Preis von h\u00f6chstens 200.000 Euro. Diese Wahl herrscht in allen autonomen Gemeinschaften des Landes vor, obwohl die unterschiedlichen Immobilienpreise in Spanien ber\u00fccksichtigt werden sollten. Die teuersten Wohnungen gibt es auf den Balearen (durchschnittlich 344.000 Euro), in Madrid (285.000), im Baskenland (265.000) und in Katalonien (243.000). Die preisg\u00fcnstigsten Optionen gibt es in Kastilien und Le\u00f3n (120.000). Kantabrien (131.000), Asturien (132.000), Aragonien (137.000) und La Rioja (138.000). Wohnraum mit der gr\u00f6\u00dften Fl\u00e4che wird in Extremadura und Kastilien-La Mancha gesucht \u2013 196 und 195 m\u00b2. Dementsprechend ist diese Art von Immobilien wie Chalets in diesen Autonomien sehr gefragt. Am bescheidensten sind die Anforderungen an Wohnungen in Kantabrien (75 m\u00b2), Aragonien (92 m\u00b2) und Katalonien (95 m\u00b2). Von den spanischen Provinzhauptst\u00e4dten werden die h\u00f6chsten Preise in San Sebastian (450.000), Barcelona (380.000), Madrid (347.000), Palma (336.000) und Bilbao (305.000) verzeichnet,
