Die Autonome Gemeinschaft Madrid hat laut den f\u00fcnf f\u00fchrenden internationalen Ratingagenturen die h\u00f6chste Bonit\u00e4tsstufe erreicht, die spanischen autonomen Gemeinschaften offensteht: Standard & Poor\u2019s, Moody\u2019s, Fitch, DBRS und Scope. Als letzte hob Scope Ratings die Bewertung auf A+ mit stabilem Ausblick<\/strong> an.<\/p>\n

Die Bewertung wird durch das L\u00e4nderrating Spaniens begrenzt: Eine autonome Gemeinschaft kann nicht h\u00f6her eingestuft werden als der Staat.<\/p>\n

Die Einsch\u00e4tzung von Scope<\/h2>\n

Scope bewertete das eigenst\u00e4ndige Kreditprofil Madrids mit 84 von 100 Punkten und damit h\u00f6her als das anderer autonomer Gemeinschaften. Zu den St\u00e4rken z\u00e4hlen laut der Agentur eine wohlhabende und diversifizierte Wirtschaft, ein etablierter Zugang zu den Kapitalm\u00e4rkten, ein g\u00fcnstiges Schuldenprofil, solide Liquidit\u00e4tsreserven und eine gute Haushaltslage.<\/p>\n

Nach Einsch\u00e4tzung von Scope sinkt die Verschuldung Madrids weiter und liegt unter dem Durchschnitt der autonomen Gemeinschaften. Die Agentur hob au\u00dferdem die Verwaltungskapazit\u00e4ten der Region und ihre Tradition einer umsichtigen Finanzpolitik hervor.<\/p>\n

Wirtschaft und Besch\u00e4ftigung<\/h2>\n

Das Pro-Kopf-BIP Madrids lag 2024 um 37 % \u00fcber dem spanischen Durchschnitt. Ende 2025 betrug die Arbeitslosenquote 7 %. Scope verwies zudem auf das Bev\u00f6lkerungswachstum und die Dynamik des Arbeitsmarkts als St\u00fctzen des sozialen Profils der Region.<\/p>\n
