Im Rahmen der Studie wurden sowohl junge Menschen befragt, die auf der Suche nach ihrem ersten Eigenheim sind, als auch solche, die ihre Lebensumst\u00e4nde durch einen Wohnungswechsel verbessern wollen. Der Studie zufolge haben 69,2 % der Befragten, die auf der Suche nach ihrem ersten Eigenheim waren, auch in der zweiten Welle nicht aufgeh\u00f6rt, nach einer geeigneten Immobilie zu suchen. Im Gegenzug gaben 23,2 % der Befragten zu, dass sie den Kauf aufgrund der Gesundheitskrise verschoben hatten, und 7,6 % antworteten, dass sie noch nicht w\u00fcssten, was sie tun sollten. Unter denjenigen, die ihr erstes Zuhause suchten, waren die Bewohner von Asturien und Kantabrien am zuversichtlichsten: 87,5 % von ihnen gaben ihre Absichten nicht auf. Es folgen junge Menschen, die in Katalonien (76,8 %), Andalusien (75 %), Extremadura (71,4 %) und den Kanarischen Inseln (71,1 %) leben. Am anderen Ende dieser Rangliste stehen junge Menschen aus La Rioja (50 %), Galizien (34,7 %), Madrid (32,5 %) und Kastilien und La Mancha (31,8 %). Von den jungen Menschen, die bereits \u00fcber eine eigene Wohnung verf\u00fcgen und diese in eine andere umwandeln m\u00f6chten, haben 80,6 % ihre Pl\u00e4ne nicht aufgegeben, 16,4 % haben abgelehnt und 2,9 % haben noch keine endg\u00fcltige Entscheidung getroffen. Spitzenreiter sind hier La Rioja und Aragonien. Insgesamt gaben in 10 der 17 spanischen Autonomien mehr als 80 % der jungen Menschen aufgrund der zweiten Welle der Pandemie ihre Absicht, ihre Lebensbedingungen zu verbessern, nicht
