Nach den neuesten Daten von Tinsa, einem auf die Bewertung spanischer Immobilien spezialisierten Unternehmen, wurden in den ersten sechs Monaten des Jahres 2021 in der Provinz Alicante Wohnungen f\u00fcr insgesamt 2,83 Milliarden Euro verkauft, ausgenommen sogenannte \u201eSozialobjekte\u201c. \u201c. Das ist nicht nur aufgrund der fast drei Monate geltenden strengen Beschr\u00e4nkungen mehr als im Vorjahreszeitraum (um 1,1 Milliarden Euro), sondern auch im Vergleich zu 2019, als der Umsatz 2,7 Milliarden Euro nicht \u00fcberstieg. Gleichzeitig ging die Zahl der abgeschlossenen Kauf- und Verkaufstransaktionen leicht zur\u00fcck \u2013 20.416 (6 % weniger im Vergleich zum ersten Halbjahr 2019), was teilweise auf einen Preisanstieg hindeutet. In der gesamten valencianischen Gemeinschaft wurden im ersten Halbjahr 2021 46.827 Wohnimmobilien<\/a> verkauft, 7,8 % mehr als vor zwei Jahren. In ganz Spanien betrug das Wachstum des Verkaufsvolumens 10,8 % \u2013 319.058 Transaktionen gegen\u00fcber 287.974. Andererseits ist vor dem Hintergrund der fast vollst\u00e4ndigen Erholung des Immobilienmarktes ein R\u00fcckgang der Zahl der im Bau befindlichen Immobilien zu verzeichnen.
