Laut den beiden gr\u00f6\u00dften Portalen Idealista und Fotocasa geh\u00f6rt Alicante zu den spanischen Regionen, in denen die Kosten f\u00fcr einen Quadratmeter Zweitwohnung im vergangenen Jahr am st\u00e4rksten gestiegen sind. Dar\u00fcber hinaus ist zu beachten, dass der Euribor-Satz und damit die f\u00fcr den Immobilienerwerb erforderliche Bankfinanzierung gestiegen ist. Laut einer von Fotocasa durchgef\u00fchrten Studie sind die Wiederverkaufspreise in der Provinz Alicante im vergangenen Jahr um 14 % gestiegen, w\u00e4hrend der Durchschnitt in Spanien bei 7 % lag. Ein Quadratmeter wird hier mit durchschnittlich 1.746 Euro bewertet; Also f\u00fcr eine Wohnung von 80 qm. Sie m\u00fcssen fast 140.000 Euro bezahlen. Die zweith\u00f6chste Wachstumsrate ist Malaga (12,8 %), gefolgt von den Balearen (12,5 %) und Navarra (11,7 %). Idealista wiederum platziert Alicante mit 12,1 % auf dem zweiten Platz nach Malaga. Laut Portalexperten betragen die Kosten f\u00fcr 1 qm. im Land betr\u00e4gt 1.877 Euro und liegt damit etwas unter dem historischen H\u00f6chstwert von 1.975 Euro, der im Februar 2006 verzeichnet wurde. Es muss jedoch ber\u00fccksichtigt werden, dass die Recherchen beider Portale auf von Nutzern ver\u00f6ffentlichten Anzeigen basieren und diese nicht unbedingt identisch sind. Beispielsweise kann ein Haus auf einem Portal gelistet sein, auf einem anderen jedoch nicht beworben werden, oder der Eigent\u00fcmer kann unterschiedliche Preise haben. Dies bedeutet auch, dass die angezeigten Durchschnittspreise h\u00f6her sind als die offiziellen, vom Ministerium f\u00fcr Verkehr und Stadtentwicklungsstrategie ver\u00f6ffentlichten Preise. Was die Ortschaften in der Provinz Alicante betrifft, so stiegen die Immobilienpreise laut Fotocasa in Pedreguer am st\u00e4rksten \u2013 um 58 %, gefolgt von <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/ru\/articles\/city-of-spain\/rojales-spain-getting-to-know-the-city\">Rojales<\/a> (44,7 %), <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/ru\/articles\/city-of-spain\/finestrat-and-benidorm\">Finestrat<\/a> und <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/ru\/articles\/city-of-spain\/pilar-de-la-horadada-spain\">Pilar de Horadada<\/a> (jeweils 39,9 %). Idealista verzeichnet die gr\u00f6\u00dften Anstiege in Algorfa &#8211; 59,3 %, Rafol de Almunia (56,3 %), Jal\u00f3n (40,1 %) und <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/ru\/articles\/city-of-spain\/benitachell-city-in-spain\">Benitachell<\/a> (28,7 %), aber da es sich um sehr kleine St\u00e4dte handelt, k\u00f6nnte jede \u00c4nderung die Daten erheblich verzerren. Die gute Nachricht f\u00fcr potenzielle Zweitwohnungsk\u00e4ufer in der Provinz Alicante ist, dass sich beide Portale darin einig sind, dass die Preissteigerungen allm\u00e4hlich nachlassen. Also, im Oktober die Kosten f\u00fcr 1 qm. in der Provinz wuchs weniger als der spanische Durchschnitt. Insbesondere f\u00fcr Fotocasa betr\u00e4gt dieser Wert 0,6 % (0,7 % f\u00fcr das ganze Land), w\u00e4hrend f\u00fcr Idealista der Unterschied gr\u00f6\u00dfer ist \u2013 0,3 % bzw. 0,9
