Eine der wichtigsten Bestimmungen ist die Einf\u00fchrung eines Sondervisums f\u00fcr sogenannte digitale Nomaden \u2013 B\u00fcrger aus L\u00e4ndern au\u00dferhalb der EU, die remote f\u00fcr Unternehmen mit Sitz au\u00dferhalb Spaniens arbeiten. Diese Art von Wohnsitz steht denjenigen zur Verf\u00fcgung, die mithilfe von Computer-, Telematik- und Telekommunikationseinrichtungen und -systemen Remote-Arbeit f\u00fcr Unternehmen mit Sitz au\u00dferhalb Spaniens ausf\u00fchren. Gleichzeitig d\u00fcrfen \u201eRemote Worker\u201c offiziell f\u00fcr ein spanisches Unternehmen arbeiten, wenn der Anteil der durch diese Arbeit erhaltenen Mittel 20 % ihres Gesamteinkommens nicht \u00fcbersteigt. Zus\u00e4tzlich zu diesen Bedingungen m\u00fcssen Antragsteller f\u00fcr ein solches Visum mit anschlie\u00dfender Umwandlung in eine separate Aufenthaltserlaubnis in Spanien \u00fcber Folgendes verf\u00fcgen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> ein Diplom einer renommierten Universit\u00e4t oder Wirtschaftshochschule (was genau unter der Definition von \u201eprestigetr\u00e4chtig\u201c zu verstehen ist, ist im Gesetz nicht festgelegt, es versteht sich jedoch, dass das Bildungsniveau nicht niedriger sein darf als ein Bachelor-Abschluss einer Universit\u00e4t);<\/li>\n<li> echte und kontinuierliche Berufserfahrung im Fachgebiet \u00fcber einen Zeitraum von drei Jahren;<\/li>\n<li> ein g\u00fcltiger Arbeitsvertrag mit einem ausl\u00e4ndischen Unternehmen mit Sitz au\u00dferhalb Spaniens;<\/li>\n<li> dokumentarischer Nachweis, dass das Unternehmen Fernarbeit zul\u00e4sst;<\/li>\n<li> Mietvertrag oder Kauf und Verkauf von Wohnungen in Spanien.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Das Visum f\u00fcr Fernarbeit in Spanien (visado de teletrabajo) wird zun\u00e4chst f\u00fcr ein Jahr erteilt, sofern kein k\u00fcrzerer Zeitraum beantragt wird. Nach Ablauf dieser Frist k\u00f6nnen Telearbeiter, die sich weiterhin legal in Spanien aufhalten m\u00f6chten, eine Aufenthaltserlaubnis f\u00fcr weitere zwei Jahre beantragen, sofern sie alle oben genannten Voraussetzungen erf\u00fcllen. Somit betr\u00e4gt die Gesamtaufenthaltsdauer in Spanien auf der Grundlage eines digitalen Nomadenvisums f\u00fcnf Jahre. Zusammen mit dem Hauptantragsteller k\u00f6nnen der offizielle Ehegatte und die von ihm unterhaltsberechtigten minderj\u00e4hrigen Kinder kommen. Dar\u00fcber hinaus k\u00f6nnen auch Arbeitnehmer, die sich bereits rechtm\u00e4\u00dfig in Spanien aufhalten, einen solchen Wohnsitz
