Sie variiert jedoch je nach Faktoren wie der Lage der Immobilie und der H\u00f6he der f\u00fcr Investitionen verf\u00fcgbaren Mittel. Das Immobilienvermietungsunternehmen Masteos f\u00fchrte eine Studie durch, um die profitabelsten St\u00e4dte Spaniens f\u00fcr Wohnungsbauinvestitionen zu ermitteln. Basierend auf einer Reihe von Parametern, darunter erwartete Rentabilit\u00e4t, Bev\u00f6lkerungsdynamik, Nachfragedynamik auf dem Wohnungskauf- und -mietmarkt sowie Besch\u00e4ftigungsniveau, wurden 35 St\u00e4dte ausgew\u00e4hlt. Zu den Auswahlkriterien geh\u00f6rten au\u00dferdem die touristische Attraktivit\u00e4t dieser Siedlungen, die Industrieaktivit\u00e4t und das Volumen des Immobilienmarktes. Der Wohnraum in diesen St\u00e4dten wurde anhand seiner Kosten in vier Gruppen eingeteilt. Infolgedessen umfasste jede dieser Gruppen unterschiedliche St\u00e4dte mit unterschiedlichen Rentabilit\u00e4tsindikatoren.<\/p>\n<h2> Immobilien im Wert von bis zu 80.000 Euro<\/h2>\n<p> 1.
