Laut dem Jahresbericht des Portals Pisos.com lag der durchschnittliche Immobilienpreis auf dem Zweitmarkt hier im vergangenen Dezember bei 1.691 Euro pro Quadratmeter, was einem Anstieg von 13,83 % gegen\u00fcber dem Vorjahr entspricht (in der Autonomen Gemeinschaft Madrid &#8211; 13,23). %, auf den Kanarischen Inseln &#8211; 12,82 %).
