Zusammen mit PP wurde diese Initiative von VOX und UPN unterst\u00fctzt, w\u00e4hrend PSOE und ihre parlamentarischen Partner mit \u201eNein\u201c stimmten und sich Junts und PNV der Stimme enthielten. Der Gesetzentwurf geht nun an den Kongress, der ihn entweder ablehnen oder genehmigen und zur weiteren Pr\u00fcfung an das Oberhaus des Parlaments zur\u00fcckverweisen kann. Der Gesetzestext enth\u00e4lt folgende wesentliche Ma\u00dfnahmen zur Bek\u00e4mpfung der Beschlagnahme fremder Wohnungen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> R\u00e4umung von \u201eOkupas\u201c innerhalb von 24 Stunden (wenn sie nicht freiwillig ausziehen, kann die R\u00e4umung gewaltsam durchgef\u00fchrt werden);<\/li>\n<li> Nachdem sie einen entsprechenden Antrag gestellt haben, m\u00fcssen die \u201eOkupas\u201c ihr Aufenthaltsrecht in der Unterkunft nachweisen, und nicht deren Eigent\u00fcmer, wie es zuvor der Fall war.<\/li>\n<li> \u201eOkupas\u201c k\u00f6nnen sich nicht mehr in ihren nicht genehmigten Unterk\u00fcnften anmelden;<\/li>\n<li> Straftaten im Zusammenhang mit der Beschlagnahme der Wohnung einer anderen Person werden einem beschleunigten Verfahren unterzogen;<\/li>\n<li> Wohnungseigent\u00fcmergemeinschaften erhalten die Befugnis, Rechtsstreitigkeiten zu f\u00fchren und vorbeugende Ma\u00dfnahmen zu ergreifen, beispielsweise Fenster und T\u00fcren mit Brettern zu vernageln;<\/li>\n<li> die Strafen f\u00fcr \u201eOkupas\u201c gem\u00e4\u00df Artikel 245 des Strafgesetzbuches werden versch\u00e4rft;<\/li>\n<li> Es wird vorgeschlagen, Artikel 269 des Strafgesetzbuchs zu \u00e4ndern und eine Bestrafung f\u00fcr die Ermutigung und F\u00f6rderung der Beschlagnahme von Wohnraum sowie f\u00fcr die Anstiftung und den Vorschlag zur Begehung dieser Straftat hinzuzuf\u00fcgen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Die Zahl der F\u00e4lle von unbefugtem Eindringen in fremde Wohnungen bleibt weiterhin auf einem Rekordhoch \u2013 mehr als 40 pro Tag, was eine Verbesserung und St\u00e4rkung des Schutzes der Rechte der Eigent\u00fcmer erfordert. Katalonien ist in dieser Hinsicht immer noch der unangefochtene Spitzenreiter, daher ist die Position von Junts verst\u00e4ndlich und k\u00f6nnte sich bei der Abstimmung im Kongress als entscheidend
