Neinor Homes has completed the construction of more than 1,700 homes ready for delivery in 2020, which means achieving its goal a month ahead of time, despite the current health crisis.

The developer has announced that only the deeds with its clients for these homes are pending completion and that it already has 100% of the Final Construction Certificates (COF) and the necessary occupancy licences (LPOs, DEROs, or Certificate of fitness).
To date, a total of 1,400 homes have already been delivered or are scheduled for a deed, so the company is now closing the last 300 appointments with clients to achieve its delivery target.

In this way, Neinor Homes has managed to reach its housing objective for the 2020 financial year, a milestone that he considers “especially noteworthy in a context such as the present one”, where the health crisis caused by the coronavirus has forced a two-week stoppage of construction work during the month of April, which has affected the development of most of the buildings in the sector.
In addition, the developer has also managed to consolidate its gross operating profit (Ebitda), which in September stood at 34 million euros and which, once the deeds for all the units have been completed, will reach 100 million euros.

Likewise, sales of homes in the first months of the year increased by 4% compared to the same period last year, as a result of the commercial actions implemented through virtual visits or online pre-reservation, among others.

“This performance is especially relevant in a context as complicated as the current one, where all sectors of activity are being affected, as Neinor Homes has not only managed to meet its business plan objectives, but also to show the market the strength of this company, and all while maintaining the employment of the entire team and without giving up on taking steps forward, as has been, for example, the company’s commitment to the new rental business line”, states its CEO, Borja García-Egotxeaga.
