The average price of housing here is slightly lower \u2013 4,984 euros \/ m2, but the investment attractiveness is no worse and amounts to + 29.2% per annum.<\/p>\n<p>More budgetary areas include Benahav\u00eds (\u20ac3,468\/m2) and El Paraiso (\u20ac3,678\/m2).<\/p>\n<p>Prices for a one-bedroom apartment in Benahav\u00eds start at 95,000 \u20ac, and from 180,000 \u20ac for two-bedroom apartments.
