Es la cifra m\u00e1s alta de toda la serie FRONTUR, elaborada por el Instituto Nacional de Estad\u00edstica (INE). Solo en septiembre, Espa\u00f1a recibi\u00f3 casi 9,7 millones de <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/es\/articles\/news\/in-the-first-half-of-the-year-foreigners-purchased-over-71000-homes-in-spain\">extranjeros<\/a>, un 0,8% m\u00e1s que un a\u00f1o antes y tambi\u00e9n el valor m\u00e1s alto de la serie hist\u00f3rica para dicho mes.<\/p>\n<h2>De d\u00f3nde vienen los turistas y qu\u00e9 regiones de Espa\u00f1a lideran<\/h2>\n<p>Los principales pa\u00edses de origen de los visitantes extranjeros en los nueve primeros meses del a\u00f1o fueron:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>el Reino Unido, con casi 15,3 millones de personas y un aumento interanual del 4%,<\/li>\n<li>Francia \u2013 m\u00e1s de 10,2 millones (\u20130,1%),<\/li>\n<li>y Alemania \u2013 casi 9,5 millones (+1,4%).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Entre los principales destinos destacan:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/es\/sale\/marbella\">Andaluc\u00eda<\/a> (11,5 millones, +7,3%),<\/li>\n<li>Catalu\u00f1a (15,8 millones, sin cambios respecto a 2024),<\/li>\n<li>y las <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/es\/articles\/most-expensive-and-affordable-regions-in-spain-2025-real-estate-and-cost-of-living\">Islas Baleares<\/a> (13,7 millones, +3%).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Qu\u00e9 tipo de alojamiento eligen los turistas extranjeros<\/h2>\n<p>El alojamiento principal siguen siendo los hoteles (m\u00e1s de 50 millones de turistas), mientras que unos 9,4 millones prefieren <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/es\/rent\">alquilar una vivienda<\/a>.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Conozca nuestro hotel: <a href=\"https:\/\/alicante-smarthotel.com\/en\/\">Alicante Smart Hotel<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Otros 4 millones se alojaron en sus propias <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/es\/sale\/costa-blanka\">viviendas<\/a>, y 8,2 millones en casas de familiares o amigos.<\/p>\n<h2>Gasto r\u00e9cord de los turistas extranjeros<\/h2>\n<p>El gasto total de los turistas extranjeros tambi\u00e9n alcanz\u00f3 un nivel r\u00e9cord: entre enero y septiembre ascendi\u00f3 a 105,828 mil millones de euros (+7%). Los que m\u00e1s gastaron fueron los brit\u00e1nicos, que representaron el 18% del total, seguidos de los alemanes (11,7%) y los franceses (8,9%).
