El apoyo total del PSOE y de todos los socios de la coalici\u00f3n de izquierdas no fue suficiente para contrarrestar los votos en contra del PP y Vox, mientras que PNV y Junts optaron por la abstenci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<h2>La iniciativa de ERC y los objetivos del impuesto<\/h2>\n<p>Los promotores de la iniciativa sosten\u00edan que el <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/es\/articles\/useful-information\/what-to-know-before-buying-property-in-spain-as-an-investment\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">mercado inmobiliario espa\u00f1ol<\/a> se ha convertido en un \u00abrefugio\u00bb para los inversores y que la \u00fanica v\u00eda para garantizar el derecho a la vivienda no pasa por aumentar el ritmo de construcci\u00f3n, sino por una mayor intervenci\u00f3n del Estado. El plan fiscal de ERC para contener la \u00abespeculaci\u00f3n\u00bb buscaba penalizar la acumulaci\u00f3n de viviendas en manos de grandes propietarios mediante un recargo adicional a partir de la tercera vivienda.<\/p>\n<h2>Carga fiscal propuesta<\/h2>\n<p>Seg\u00fan el texto, la compra de un tercer inmueble implicar\u00eda pagar, adem\u00e1s del IVA correspondiente, un 4% adicional sobre el precio de venta; la cuarta vivienda tendr\u00eda un recargo del 8%, la quinta del 12% y a partir de ah\u00ed el tipo aumentar\u00eda en 5 puntos porcentuales por cada inmueble adicional. La propuesta inclu\u00eda tambi\u00e9n una rebaja de los impuestos a la compra de vivienda para los j\u00f3venes, la eliminaci\u00f3n de los beneficios fiscales para las denominadas socimis \u2013 sociedades cotizadas dedicadas a la <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/es\/service\/investing-in-property-in-spain\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">inversi\u00f3n inmobiliaria<\/a> \u2013, la subida del IVA al 21% para los apartamentos tur\u00edsticos y el aumento del tipo m\u00ednimo del <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/es\/articles\/everything-about-the-ibi-in-spain\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Impuesto sobre Bienes Inuebles (IBI)<\/a> en las viviendas de grandes propietarios que no constituyan su residencia habitual.<\/p>\n<h2>Postura de los opositores al proyecto<\/h2>\n<p>Los detractores de estas medidas las calificaron de \u00abpopulismo fiscal\u00bb que no resolver\u00eda el problema de acceso a la vivienda y que, por el contrario, podr\u00eda reducir el atractivo de las inversiones en zonas rurales y en \u00e1reas de baja demanda.
