Tavoitteena on antaa omistajille mahdollisuus katkaista n\u00e4m\u00e4 palvelut \u00ab<a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/fi\/articles\/supreme-court-judge-proposes-10-measures-against-okupas\">okupas<\/a>\u00bb-valtaajilta ilman vaaraa, ett\u00e4 heit\u00e4 syytett\u00e4isiin pakottamisesta. Toimenpide on ehdotettu sen j\u00e4lkeen, kun \u201canti-okupas\u201d-laki torjuttiin parlamentin alahuoneessa.<\/p>\n<h2>Uudistuksen tavoite ja tausta<\/h2>\n<p>Senaatissa enemmist\u00f6n omaava Kansanpuolue pyrkii viem\u00e4\u00e4n uudistusta eteenp\u00e4in, koska laittomista asuntovaltauksista tehtyjen valitusten m\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4 on kasvanut. PP:n tietojen mukaan vuonna 2024 kirjattiin yli 16 000 t\u00e4llaista tapausta, mik\u00e4 on 7,4 % enemm\u00e4n kuin edellisen\u00e4 vuonna.<\/p>\n<p>Uusi esitys t\u00e4ht\u00e4\u00e4 siihen, ett\u00e4 valtaustilanteissa tehty\u00e4 s\u00e4hk\u00f6n, veden ja muiden palvelujen katkaisua ei en\u00e4\u00e4 pidett\u00e4isi rikoksena, kuten Barcelonan provinssituomioistuin jo linjasi maaliskuussa 2025. Samalla puolue haluaa tarjota oikeudellista turvaa omistajille, jotta n\u00e4m\u00e4 olisivat halukkaampia <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/fi\/service\/rent-apartment-in-spain\">vuokraamaan tyhjill\u00e4\u00e4n olevia asuntojaan<\/a>.
