Il doit \u00eatre notari\u00e9. Le notaire est tenu de rev\u00e9rifier et d&rsquo;expliquer au client le contenu de ce document. N&rsquo;h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 poser des questions \u00e0 votre notaire et ne signez pas le document avant de vous \u00eatre assur\u00e9 que toutes les informations sont correctes.<\/p>\n<h3>Donn\u00e9es \u00e9crites<\/h3>\n<p>En plus de tous les num\u00e9ros sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9s dans le contrat de vente, le certificat de propri\u00e9t\u00e9 doit contenir les informations suivantes :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>statut de propri\u00e9t\u00e9. Le notaire est tenu de proc\u00e9der \u00e0 une derni\u00e8re v\u00e9rification de l&rsquo;\u00e9tat du bien (par exemple, pour v\u00e9rifier l&rsquo;existence d&rsquo;un pr\u00eat hypoth\u00e9caire).<\/li>\n<li>Preuve de paiement de la taxe fonci\u00e8re (IBI). Avant de signer le document, les parties doivent lire attentivement le contenu de la escritura.
