Lors de l&#39;achat d&#39;une maison au milieu de l&#39;ann\u00e9e, la r\u00e9gularisation commence \u00e0 partir du moment de l&#39;achat;<\/li>\n<li> formulaire 210<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Si vous percevez des revenus locatifs immobiliers : Pour les r\u00e9sidents :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> taux d&#39;imposition &#8211; 19%;<\/li>\n<li> il y a des avantages. Pay\u00e9 par la commune o\u00f9 vous habitez. Les autorit\u00e9s locales r\u00e9glementent elles-m\u00eames les tarifs &#8211; 0,4 \u00e0 1,1% de la valeur cadastrale.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p> Dans notre ville &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/ru\/sale\/torrevieja\">Torrevieja<\/a> &#8211; le taux est de 0,4105% (pour 2018). Mais vous perdrez la possibilit\u00e9 de r\u00e9aliser des transactions immobili\u00e8res et vous serez poursuivi.
