Selon les derniers chiffres du minist\u00e8re des Transports, de la Mobilit\u00e9 et des Infrastructures urbaines (Mitma), sur les 25,7 millions de propri\u00e9t\u00e9s qui composent le parc immobilier espagnol, environ 6,5 millions (25%) sont des r\u00e9sidences secondaires ou non principales. La plupart de ces maisons sont situ\u00e9es dans la <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/ru\/articles\/news\/housing-repair-subsidies-in-valencia\">Communaut\u00e9 valencienne<\/a> et en Andalousie (respectivement 1 million 142 000 et 1 million 108 000). Il y a environ 730 000 r\u00e9sidences secondaires en Catalogne, environ 700 000 en Castille et Le\u00f3n, un peu plus d&#39;un demi-million en Galice et un peu moins en Castille-La Manche.<\/p>\n<h2> Alicante est la province n \u00b0 1 pour acheter une r\u00e9sidence secondaire<\/h2>\n<p> Le minist\u00e8re des Transports, de la Mobilit\u00e9 et des Infrastructures urbaines enregistre \u00e9galement le nombre d&#39;achats et de ventes dans chaque r\u00e9gion chaque ann\u00e9e par des acheteurs qui sont enregistr\u00e9s dans d&#39;autres provinces. En 2019, il y avait environ <strong>60 000<\/strong> transactions de ce type : <strong>5869<\/strong> dans la province d&#39; <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/ru\/articles\/news\/rural-hotels-in-alicante-expect-a-large-influx-of-visitors\">Alicante<\/a> , <strong>5051<\/strong> \u00e0 Malaga, <strong>3718<\/strong> \u00e0 Valence, <strong>3640<\/strong> \u00e0 Barcelone. Viennent ensuite Cadix, Tol\u00e8de, Barcelone et G\u00e9rone (respectivement <strong>3318, 3247, 3186, 3138<\/strong> transactions). Bien que ces chiffres changent chaque ann\u00e9e, les provinces en t\u00eate n&#39;ont pas perdu leur place depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es cons\u00e9cutives. En ce qui concerne les acqu\u00e9reurs, Madrid est en t\u00eate du classement, comptabilisant <strong>30 194<\/strong> achats de r\u00e9sidences hors de leur r\u00e9gion en 2019, soit la moiti\u00e9 du total ( <strong>60 000<\/strong> ). Viennent ensuite les habitants de Barcelone ( <strong>10\u00a0573<\/strong> ), de S\u00e9ville (2<strong>\u00a0848<\/strong> ) et du Pays basque (2<strong>\u00a0288<\/strong> ).<\/p>\n<h2> Qui est le plus susceptible d&#39;acheter des r\u00e9sidences secondaires dans d&#39;autres provinces? <\/h2>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-191104\" src=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/alicante-the-province-where-the-spaniards-most-often-buy-second-residences-1.jpg\" alt=\"Alicante est la province o\u00f9 les Espagnols ach\u00e8tent le plus souvent des r\u00e9sidences secondaires\" width=\"1000\" height=\"668\" srcset=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/alicante-the-province-where-the-spaniards-most-often-buy-second-residences-1.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/alicante-the-province-where-the-spaniards-most-often-buy-second-residences-1-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/alicante-the-province-where-the-spaniards-most-often-buy-second-residences-1-768x513.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1000px) 100vw, 1000px\" \/> Madrid est \u00e9galement en t\u00eate pour un autre indicateur : le rapport entre le nombre d&#39;acheteurs devenus propri\u00e9taires dans des r\u00e9gions autres que la leur et le nombre total de ceux qui ont achet\u00e9 un logement. Ainsi, en 2019, 29% <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/ru\/articles\/news\/why-do-foreigners-continue-to-buy-property-in-spain\">des acheteurs immobiliers<\/a> madril\u00e8nes ont achet\u00e9 un logement dans d&#39;autres provinces. Au Pays basque et \u00e0 Barcelone, ce chiffre est respectivement de 16% et 15%. \u00c0 leur tour, les r\u00e9sidents de Malaga et d&#39;Alicante sont moins susceptibles que les autres d&#39;acheter une propri\u00e9t\u00e9 dans d&#39;autres provinces (4 % et 3,5 %, respectivement). A Alicante, 2 400 habitants de Madrid, 800 de Murcie et 300 de Barcelone ont achet\u00e9 une r\u00e9sidence secondaire. A Malaga, 2 300 madril\u00e8nes et 300 barcelonais ont acquis des r\u00e9sidences d&#39;\u00e9t\u00e9, et respectivement 2 000 et 400 \u00e0 Valence. \u00c0 son tour, \u00e0 Tarragone, 2 500 r\u00e9sidences secondaires appartenaient \u00e0 des barcelonais. Les habitants de Madrid en 2019 ont \u00e9galement choisi des provinces telles que Tol\u00e8de, Cadix, Castell\u00f3n, Almeria, Murcie, Guadalajara et Barcelone comme lieu d&#39;achat d&#39;une r\u00e9sidence secondaire (de 1 000 \u00e0 3 000 transactions avec des habitants de Madrid dans chacune d&#39;elles).<\/p>\n<h2> La situation dans les \u00eeles<\/h2>\n<p> Du c\u00f4t\u00e9 des archipels, aux Bal\u00e9ares, les r\u00e9sidences secondaires repr\u00e9sentent moins de 23 % du parc immobilier (140 000 objets), et aux Canaries environ 30 % (188 000). Aux Bal\u00e9ares, les principaux acqu\u00e9reurs de r\u00e9sidences secondaires sont madril\u00e8nes et catalans (450 transactions en 2019 dans les deux cas). Aux Canaries, 900 Madril\u00e8nes, 200 Catalans et 100 habitants du Pays basque ont achet\u00e9 une r\u00e9sidence secondaire en 2019.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La fin de
