Dans le cadre de la nouvelle campagne \u00e9lectorale, Casado insiste pour faire passer une loi selon laquelle les occupants peuvent \u00eatre expuls\u00e9s dans un d\u00e9lai maximum de 48 heures \u00e0 partir du moment o\u00f9 ils emm\u00e9nagent ill\u00e9galement dans des maisons et des appartements vides. Une solution similaire au probl\u00e8me, qui s&#39;est aggrav\u00e9 apr\u00e8s la fermeture des fronti\u00e8res et l&#39;introduction de la quarantaine en Espagne, a \u00e9t\u00e9 propos\u00e9e par les \u00abpopulistes\u00bb en novembre de l&#39;ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, proposant, entre autres, d&#39;introduire une peine d&#39;emprisonnement d&#39;un \u00e0 trois ans comme peine. Cependant, la l\u00e9gislation actuelle se limite uniquement \u00e0 des amendes pour les personnes qui ont commis un crime de ce type et, en fait, elles ne peuvent \u00eatre expuls\u00e9es que par une d\u00e9cision de justice. Dans le m\u00eame temps, la proc\u00e9dure judiciaire dure g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement plusieurs mois, en particulier dans les cas o\u00f9 les propri\u00e9taires sont des citoyens \u00e9trangers qui ne r\u00e9sident pas de mani\u00e8re permanente en Espagne. Le Parti populaire s&#39;oppose \u00e9galement au fait que les okupas, qui sont pour la plupart marginalis\u00e9s, sans emploi et ne paient pas d&#39;imp\u00f4ts, puissent s&#39;inscrire dans des logements occup\u00e9s et ainsi percevoir un revenu minimum de base (Ingreso M\u00ednimo Vital), comme l&#39;a sugg\u00e9r\u00e9 le vice-pr\u00e9sident du gouvernement de coalition de Pablo Iglesias.
