Le Royaume-Uni arrive en t\u00eate de ce classement. La France est \u00e0 la troisi\u00e8me place. Quatri\u00e8me est l&#39;Australie. Le Canada, la Suisse et les \u00c9tats-Unis suivent. Le Portugal, la Nouvelle-Z\u00e9lande, la Norv\u00e8ge et Malte figurent \u00e9galement sur la liste des pays o\u00f9 il est souhaitable de vivre apr\u00e8s la pand\u00e9mie de coronavirus. Les principaux facteurs sur la base desquels les citoyens pr\u00e9f\u00e9raient ces autres pays \u00e9taient : <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/ru\/articles\/cost-of-living-in-valencia-2020\">la qualit\u00e9 de vie<\/a> , des syst\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9 et d&#39;\u00e9ducation bien d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s, une monnaie forte, la stabilit\u00e9 politique et la disponibilit\u00e9 de l&#39;immigration. Quant \u00e0 l&#39;Espagne, des \u00e9tudes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9es confirmant que les principales zones touristiques du pays affichent un taux d&#39;infection au coronavirus bien inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 celui des pays d&#39;o\u00f9 viennent les \u00e9trangers qui souhaitent acheter un bien immobilier ici. La deuxi\u00e8me raison \u00e9tait que les gens veulent avoir acc\u00e8s \u00e0 un syst\u00e8me de sant\u00e9 bien d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 \u00e0 port\u00e9e de main. Le troisi\u00e8me facteur est le d\u00e9sir d&#39;avoir une r\u00e9sidence de vacances dans un pays ensoleill\u00e9. \u00c0 la suite de l&#39;\u00e9tude, il s&#39;est \u00e9galement av\u00e9r\u00e9 qu&#39;en lien avec la pand\u00e9mie, un r\u00e9pondant sur quatre envisage de changer de lieu de r\u00e9sidence dans l&#39;ann\u00e9e \u00e0 venir. Dans le m\u00eame temps, 40 % recherchent un logement dans la m\u00eame ville o\u00f9 ils habitent actuellement, 26 % veulent changer de ville, mais pas de pays, et 34 % envisagent de s&#39;expatrier. La principale exigence des acheteurs potentiels lorsqu&#39;ils recherchent un <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/ru\/new-build-property-spain\">logement neuf<\/a> \u00e0 l&#39;\u00e9tranger est plus d&#39;espace (apr\u00e8s la pand\u00e9mie, 45% de r\u00e9pondants en plus ont exprim\u00e9 le d\u00e9sir d&#39;acheter une maison). Il y a un grand int\u00e9r\u00eat pour le logement sur la c\u00f4te (40% veulent acheter un logement en bord de mer, tandis que 37% &#8211; dans les zones rurales). De plus, environ un tiers des r\u00e9pondants pensent qu&#39;apr\u00e8s la quarantaine, il y aura plus de possibilit\u00e9s de travail \u00e0 distance, c&#39;est pourquoi beaucoup d&#39;entre eux envisagent de chercher un logement avec une pi\u00e8ce pouvant \u00eatre transform\u00e9e en bureau \u00e0 domicile. Aussi, pour une partie importante des r\u00e9pondants, il s&#39;est av\u00e9r\u00e9 important d&#39;avoir un grand terrain pr\u00e8s de la maison ou un
