Le segment h\u00f4telier a le plus souffert, ainsi que l&#39;activit\u00e9 li\u00e9e \u00e0 la <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/ru\/service\/rent-apartment-in-spain\">location d&#39;appartements touristiques<\/a> . De nombreux propri\u00e9taires, afin de ne pas perdre compl\u00e8tement leurs revenus, ont commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 louer des logements pour un bail \u00e0 long terme. Cependant, il y a ceux qui continuent de parier sur les appartements touristiques, apr\u00e8s avoir chang\u00e9 leur profil de client\u00e8le : ils se concentrent d\u00e9sormais non plus sur les touristes ordinaires, mais sur les soi-disant nomades num\u00e9riques &#8211; les nomades num\u00e9riques, c&#39;est-\u00e0-dire ceux qui travaillent \u00e0 distance &#8211; via Internet . La pand\u00e9mie a contraint de nombreuses entreprises \u00e0 d\u00e9placer leurs employ\u00e9s pour travailler \u00e0 distance lorsque cela \u00e9tait possible. Cette mesure minimise le risque d&#39;infection et sauve des emplois. \u00c0 leur tour, les propri\u00e9taires d&#39;appartements touristiques ont re\u00e7u de nouveaux clients. C&#39;est ce qu&#39;affirme Guillermo Martinez, PDG de Minty Host, une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 qui g\u00e8re des appartements touristiques \u00e0 Madrid, Malaga et S\u00e9ville. Martinez note \u00e9galement que les voyages d&#39;affaires et <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-medicine.com\/\">le tourisme m\u00e9dical<\/a> ont \u00e9galement contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 maintenir \u00e0 flot le secteur de la location de voyages. Citons par exemple l&#39;afflux de sp\u00e9cialistes \u00e0 S\u00e9ville dans le cadre de la construction du nouveau centre logistique d&#39;Amazon et \u00e0 Madrid dans le cadre de la r\u00e9novation du stade Santiago Bernab\u00e9u. Pour ces clients, l&#39;essentiel est une bonne vitesse de connexion Internet dans l&#39;appartement et la disponibilit\u00e9 d&#39;un espace suffisant pour organiser un lieu de
