Cette conclusion a \u00e9t\u00e9 tir\u00e9e \u00e0 la suite de la r\u00e9union &#39;Savills Talks M\u00e1s de 200 D\u00edas Despu\u00e9s&#39;, organis\u00e9e par Savills Aguirre Newma et consacr\u00e9e \u00e0 discuter de l&#39;avenir du secteur immobilier \u00e0 court, moyen et long terme. Alejandro Campoy, PDG de Savills Aguirre Newman, et Vanessa Gelado, PDG de Hines Espa\u00f1a, ont convenu que le covid-19 et ses effets ont acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9 les tendances dans de nombreux segments du secteur. Le secteur bancaire est beaucoup plus capitalis\u00e9, les banques centrales engagent une somme d&#39;argent importante, il y a un app\u00e9tit accru des investisseurs aux gros capitaux qui manifestent un grand int\u00e9r\u00eat pour la conduite des transactions.
