Alors que les deux capitales espagnoles continuent d&#39;\u00eatre les principaux p\u00f4les d&#39;attraction pour les investisseurs, Valence s&#39;impose progressivement comme un leader sur le segment du \u00ab build to rent \u00bb (BTR). Ces conclusions ont \u00e9t\u00e9 tir\u00e9es par les experts du groupe de conseil CBRE sur la base des r\u00e9sultats de l&#39;\u00e9tude. Environ 57% des r\u00e9pondants ont d\u00e9sign\u00e9 Valence comme la troisi\u00e8me destination d&#39;investissement la plus populaire pour BTR en 2021. L&#39;int\u00e9r\u00eat croissant des investisseurs pour Valence est principalement li\u00e9 \u00e0 une augmentation de la demande dans le segment des immeubles r\u00e9sidentiels \u00e0 plusieurs appartements, ainsi que des r\u00e9sidences \u00e9tudiantes. En 2020, les investissements dans ce domaine en Espagne se sont \u00e9lev\u00e9s \u00e0 plus de 2,6 millions d&#39;euros, soit pr\u00e8s d&#39;un tiers du capital total investi dans l&#39;immobilier espagnol. Selon l&#39;\u00e9tude, l&#39;activit\u00e9 principale du segment multifamilial (immeubles r\u00e9sidentiels multi-appartements) est concentr\u00e9e \u00e0 Madrid (67%) et \u00e0 Barcelone (17%). N\u00e9anmoins, Valence en 2020 a pris la quatri\u00e8me position en termes d&#39;investissement dans ce segment, derri\u00e8re le Pays basque. Jos\u00e9 \u00c1ngel Sospedra, directeur de CBRE Levante, note que l&#39;attractivit\u00e9 de Valence pour les investissements dans le secteur multifamilial et BTR continuera de cro\u00eetre. De plus, en 2021, selon les pr\u00e9visions des experts, le logement locatif restera l&#39;un des principaux personnages du march\u00e9 en raison d&#39;une demande accrue. \u00c0 son tour, Samuel Poblacion, directeur national du logement et de la gestion fonci\u00e8re de CBRE Espa\u00f1a, d\u00e9clare que le logement locatif est l&#39;un des segments de march\u00e9 les plus viables dans la situation actuelle. De plus, c&#39;est l&#39;une des zones d&#39;investissement les plus recherch\u00e9es. Au niveau national, les investissements dans le logement collectif sont principalement repr\u00e9sent\u00e9s par deux directions &#8211; Secteur Locatif Priv\u00e9 (PRS) et <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/ru\/articles\/news\/growth-of-investment-in-housing-in-spain-in-2021-by-15\">Build To Rent<\/a> (BTR). Ils repr\u00e9sentent plus de 1,7 milliard d&#39;euros, dont 1,4 milliard (deux fois plus qu&#39;en 2019) ont \u00e9t\u00e9 investis en BTR faute d&#39;approvisionnement. Quant \u00e0 Valence, ses activit\u00e9s sur les segments BTR et PRS repr\u00e9sentent 4 % de l&#39;investissement total dans les deux cas. Sospendra ajoute qu&#39;au niveau national, ce segment est \u00e0 un stade pr\u00e9coce par rapport aux autres pays europ\u00e9ens, et donc le potentiel de croissance est \u00e9norme, en particulier
