C&#39;est 2,4% de plus qu&#39;\u00e0 la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode l&#39;an dernier et c&#39;est le plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 depuis fin 2019, quand ce chiffre \u00e9tait de 1652,8 euros. La hausse des prix la plus notable a \u00e9t\u00e9 enregistr\u00e9e \u00e0 Murcie, dans <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/ru\/articles\/news\/valencian-community-of-leaders-in-the-number-of-real-estate-sales-transactions-in-january-2021\">la Communaut\u00e9 valencienne<\/a> et dans les \u00eeles Bal\u00e9ares\u00a0: de 5,5\u00a0%, 5,2\u00a0% et 4,8\u00a0%, respectivement, et la dynamique n\u00e9gative a eu lieu en Estr\u00e9madure (-0,7\u00a0%) et en Castille-et-Leone (- 1,2\u00a0%). Dans l&#39;absolu, seul 1 m\u00b2 est plus cher. co\u00fbt du logement dans la province basque de Gipuzkoa (2754,1 euros), et le moins cher &#8211; \u00e0 Ciudad Real (710,6 euros).
