C&#39;est non seulement plus qu&#39;\u00e0 la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode l&#39;an dernier (de 1,1 milliard d&#39;euros), en raison des s\u00e9v\u00e8res restrictions qui \u00e9taient en place depuis pr\u00e8s de trois mois, mais aussi par rapport \u00e0 2019, lorsque le montant des ventes ne d\u00e9passait pas 2,7 milliards d&#39;euros. . Dans le m\u00eame temps, le nombre de transactions d&#39;achat et de vente conclues a l\u00e9g\u00e8rement diminu\u00e9 &#8211; 20 416 (6 % de moins par rapport au premier semestre 2019), ce qui indique en partie une augmentation des prix. Dans toute la Communaut\u00e9 valencienne, 46 827 <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/ru\/sale\">propri\u00e9t\u00e9s r\u00e9sidentielles ont<\/a> \u00e9t\u00e9 vendues au premier semestre 2021, en hausse de 7,8 % par rapport \u00e0 il y a deux ans. A l&#39;\u00e9chelle de l&#39;ensemble de l&#39;Espagne, la croissance des ventes s&#39;\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 10,8% &#8211; 319 058 transactions contre 287 974. En revanche, sur fond de reprise quasi d\u00e9finitive du march\u00e9 immobilier, on note une diminution du nombre de objets en construction. Au total, dans la province d&#39;Alicante, de janvier \u00e0 juin inclus, les promoteurs ont commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 construire 2 326 logements, soit pr\u00e8s de 20 % de moins qu&#39;il y a un an,
