Les repr\u00e9sentants du parti \u00e0 l&#39;origine de la nouvelle loi ont rappel\u00e9 que 42% des cas d&#39;occupation ill\u00e9gale de logements en Espagne se situent en Catalogne, et qu&#39;il est donc urgent de chercher des moyens de r\u00e9soudre ce probl\u00e8me. Tout d&#39;abord, le PDeCAT propose de modifier l&#39;article 544 du code de proc\u00e9dure p\u00e9nale de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 ce qu&#39;\u00e0 partir du moment du d\u00e9p\u00f4t d&#39;une demande de saisie ill\u00e9gale d&#39;un logement, une personne y habitant dispose d&#39;un d\u00e9lai maximum de 48 heures pour fournir des documents justifiant de son droit d&#39;occuper cet espace de vie. Si ces documents ne sont pas pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s, le tribunal rendra une ordonnance d&#39;expulsion. De plus, il est propos\u00e9 de modifier la Loi sur la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 en copropri\u00e9t\u00e9 afin que la communaut\u00e9 des locataires puisse intenter une action civile contre les occupants du logement lorsqu&#39;il s&#39;agit d&#39;occuper un bien vacant. Le PDeCAT propose \u00e9galement de r\u00e9former la Loi sur les Fondamentaux de l&#39;Administration Locale afin de donner aux collectivit\u00e9s territoriales la comp\u00e9tence de lutter contre
